Guru’s Love Story Vs Sishya's Love Story

Call it the clash of ideologies but right now, the cine circuit is seeing a clash between a guru and his sishya. They are movie makers Ramgopal Varma and Madhura Sreedhar and the venue is their own interpretation of love stories. While Ramu is arriving with his ‘It’s Not A Love Story’, Madhura Sreedhar is arriving with ‘It’s My Love Story’.

As such, Madhura has mentioned few times in events that he is the ‘Ekalavya Sishya’ of RGV. However, there is no connect between the films they make. While Ramu’s love story is filled with bloodshed and deceit, Madhura’s love story will be flowery and filled with feelings and trust.

It is heard that during their ‘Sittings’, Ramu rebuked Madhura stating “Why you are naming your film as ‘Snehageetham’ put ‘Shatrugeetham’.” A source close to both revealed “Usually, Ramu talks balancedly in the presence of others but with Madhura Sreedhar, he has a very personal connect and doesn’t hesitate to blast him.”

He added “On the other hand, Madhura accepts humbly and flashes his endearing smiles. Don’t know what the equation between both is. When Ramu released ‘KSD Appalaraju’ songs one by one, Madhura went to the extent of releasing each song in separate CD. This was purely on Guru Bhakti and not on business terms. Such is his blind following.” Now, the Guru and Sishya are arriving with their love stories with small difference in their release dates. Let us see whose love wins…
