Sameera Reddy gives 'Smoking' tips

A day after World Tobacco Day, here is sexy sameera reddy giving some gyan on how to quit ‘Smoking.’ While many who have addicted to tobacco find it difficult to get back to normalcy, Sam says this. ‘Hit the gym instead of smoking to stay slim and trim. Women who smoke to remain fit should change their approach as there is no substitute for a good diet and exercise. Make the decision to quit and then, stick to it. Stay strong. I have seen many of my friends go through nicotine withdrawals and it is not easy but totally worth it in the end.’

For information sake, Sameera is a non-smoker who still practices yoga daily in order to stay fit and keep her sexy physique still in tact. ‘Practice deep breathing exercises. Even if the cravings get too much use a nicotine chewing gum or patch. But don’t give up and go back to smoking,’ Sameera says it confidently. Looks like she is having quite a bit of experience in dealing these tobacco addicts.

Sameera Reddy says she has no boyfriend in her life now. She admits that she's on the lookout for Mr Right. “But I am not able to meet a guy with whom I can settle down in life. It is not that I don’t meet interesting guys but they get intimidated when it comes to approaching me,” she says. She also said that her busy schedule is keeping away from making friendships with guys. 

“May be I will find the Mr.Perfect unexpectedly as it always happens in movies,” she giggles. 

When asked about her previous relationships, she says: “Past is Past.”

For now, the focus is on Sameera Reddy and it is heard that she was admitted in a private hospital recently. The reason for that was Sexy Sam’s fever and the hot babe was busy working for a Tamil film which has Vishal in the lead and Prabhu Deva as the director. It was here that she fainted on the sets and was rushed to the hospital.

It is heard that Sam has been working round the clock over the past few months due to the long list of films. Also, she has been doing several stage shows which has now taken a toll on her health. Get well soon Sameera!!

Heroine's Disease Goes Serious

Sameera Reddy has got a strange disorder called ‘somnambulism’, which in colloquial form we say as ‘sleep walking’.

She has got that habit of walking while sleeping. Hence Niki, the mother of Sameera has ordered to build a grill at the balcony of their new house in Bandra fearing that her daughter may jump out while ‘sleep walking’. But Sameera argued with her mother saying that it will ruin the aesthetics of the building.

Now both mom and daughter are fighting on this and only her dad should solve the problem.
