Pawan Kalyan, Vishnu’s film wraps up Kolkata schedule

Pawan Kalyan’s tentatively titled film Kaali in the direction of Vishnuvardhan has completed its first schedule in Kolkata. The major part of the film has been wrapped up in Kolkata. The next schedule will commence from July in RFC, Hyderabad.

Sarah Jane Dias and Anjali Lavania are playing the leading ladies in the movie, also marking their debut in Tollywood. The movie is being made on mafia backdrop and the Power Star will be seen in a new look Kaali. Neelima and Shobhu Yarlagadda are producing the film jointly on Sanghamitra Arts and Arka Media Works banners. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music.

As pawan kalyan is getting ready with new release of ‘Shadow’ by September end, everything about this project is getting more noticed by audience and especially Fans. Directed by Vishnuvardhan, film is proceeding at brisk pace towards completion. But Pawan is not daring to give direction chance to Suryah. Hence he decided to take only story from Suryah and give direction chance to Raju Sundaram.

Give me 10 crores Or get lost: Power Star

These are the words said to be uttered by our very own Power Star Pawan Kalyan. A huge discussion is going on this talk in Film Nagar about its authenticity. Rumor mills say that, Pawan has reportedly demanded a 10 crore remuneration when an NRI producer contacted him for dates. Though the NRI was shocked, Pavan said 'Give me 10 crores or get lost'. Critics are saying that there is nothing wrong for a hero like Pawan to make such demands, when 'puppy' heroes are demanding much more. If you look deep, Pawan's flop flick collects more than that of most other star heroes' hit flicks. Best examples are his 'Puli' and 'Teen Maar'. One can easily get ready to pay Pawan 10 crores and make film in another 15 crores, as they can easily collect 20-25 crores in first week of release itself. Maybe the equation has made Pawan to declare boldly about his remuneration thing.

Pawan Kalyan opens Jr NTR's eyes!!!

From a couple of days, the news of plump beauty Namitha doing an item number in Jr NTR's upcoming flick is rocking the tinsel town. Here is an interesting tidbit about that. Namitha is selected due to Junior's intention of shaking a leg with her after his baabai Balayya break the dance floor with her in blockbuster 'Simha'. It is heard that Junior's first choice was sexy beauty Shriya who was seen laying her assets on-screen for an item song in disastrous 'Puli'. However, a small analysis by his close sources made Jr NTR withdrew the thought of romancing Shriya. The ravishing beauty acted in flop flick 'Balu' with Powerstar and again made her presence felt in 'Puli', which is another biggest flop. In the same lines, Shriya too acted with Junior in a dud 'Naa Alludu'. So, to avoid her 'iron leg' Junior has dropped his plans in the last minute, is the industry talk. That’s an eye opener for Jr from Pawan and folks are saying it is a bad news for Shriya.

Sara Jane Dias Joins Pawan Shadow Shoot

Actress Sara Jane Dias is again joining the crew of Telugu movie star Pawan Kalyan starer ‘The Shadow’ for shooting in Kolkata. Currently action scenes were being shot and filming is going on a rapid pace. The grapevine has it that, the shooting of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie The Shadow will be wrapped up by June 26 in Kolkata.

Almost 60% of movie shooting will be concluded by end of this month. Earlier rumors surfaced that The Shadow movie crew is again re-shooting the scenes which were already shot back due to presence of S.S Rajamouli on the sets of the movie. However, producer of the movie rubbished the talks and said shooting is going on as per planned schedule.

Telugu film “The Shadow” which is based on mafia backdrop is currently filming action scenes and song sequences in Kolkata. Pawan Kalyan’s ‘The Shadow’ is directed by Vishnuvardhan and jointly produced by Neelima Tirumalasetti and Shobu Yarlagadda under Sangamithra Arts and Arka Media Works banner. Sara Jane Dias is playing the heroine while Adivi Sesh and Anjali Lavania are playing important characters. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring music and Abburi Ravi is penning the dialogues for this movie.

Pawan Kalyan called Vinayak for...?

As our special sources in Film Nagar have already brought you the news about most probable cancellation or postponing of Ramcharan and VV Vinayak project, here is the latest one. Vinayak hasn’t lost the confidence on himself is trying to place the cards back in line after this flop talked ‘Badrinath.’ For the moment there are two to three storylines in finalization stages for Vinayak with various heroes in Mega compound. One such was with Ramcharan and there are two more.

In order not to see Vinayak loosing his courage, pawan kalyan is known to have assured him of doing a film with in this year without considering the fate of ‘Badrinath.’ A source close to Vinayak says like this. ‘Hits and flops are common in industry. Although ‘Badrinath’ is not such big failure, Vinayak doesn’t have to be blamed. Even Power Star called up Vinayak to encourage him on going forward with a project at the earliest possible. It is still uncertain as which one Vinayak accepts first.’ Wish that our action loving director comes back strongly with pawan kalyan.

Credibility of SJ Suriya seems to have not been belittled in the eyes of pawan kalyan even after the lesson of ‘Komaram Puli.’ Yes, here comes news that new story and script prepared by Suriya just for the sake of Power Star has come out perfect. Thanks to Suriya because he doesn’t want to direct this flick but giving a chance to choreographer cum director Raju Sundaram, brother of Prabhudeva. Presently Pawan is busy with ‘Shadow,’ directed by Vishnuvardhan.

Coincidentally Vishnuvardhan, Raju Sundaram and Suriya are all a part of Tamil band.  None knows as how these Aravam Melam is impressing pawan kalyan so frequently. Well, let us see how they will deal these projects. Indeed Pawan’s first mega hit ‘Tholi Prema’ is even delivered by Tamil director Karunakaran. Hmm...Power Star seems to have some strange connection with Tamil Nadu.

2 Is Not Working For Pawan Kalyan

If you look at Pawan Kalyan’s career graph, those who gave a hit with his first film ended up with a flop in the second. Though Pawan did his first movie under EVV’s direction, he scored his first hit with ‘Tholi Prema’ under the direction of Karunakaran. However, Karunakaran could not deliver with his second ‘Balu’.

Similarly, Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao who brought out the actor in Pawan with his ‘Suswagatham’ completed the quota with his ‘Annavaram’. S J Suryah showed a new side of Pawan in ‘Kushi’ but compensated it with a big dud ‘Komaram Puli’.

Given these statistics, maybe that is one reason why Pawan has not done his second film with directors like Puri Jagannadh, Trivikram Srinivas, Veera Shankar.

Power star in dance master’s direction

After the debacle of the movie ‘Teenmaar’ power star Pawan Kalyan is desperate to give a hit. The news is that Pawan Kalyan has signed on dotted line and accepted a project to be directed by dance choreographer Raju Sundaram, the brother of popular dance choreographer and director Prabhu Deva. This would be directorial debut of the director Raju Sundaram in Tollywood. He has earlier directed movie Aegan with hero Ajith. Raju Sundaram is busy in selecting cast and crew for this flick. Once the director finalizes the crew and Pawan completes ‘Gabbar Singh’ and ‘Shadow’ then this movie will go onto the floors.

Where Is Jesus Christ?

With all due respect to the Holy Trinity, this is not questioning the existence of a holy entity. However, this is about the existence of one man who was all set to don the role of Jesus Christ. Yes, we are talking about Pawan Kalyan and it has been quite a while since anyone has heard about his movie.

The opening was grand at Jerusalem and the strong grapevine was that Pawan’s role was key and inside talk was that he was to act as the Lord himself. However, the launch took place in August 2010 but it seems to be stuck at the launch itself. The film is being directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao.

For now, Pawan is busy with the shaping up of his other project ‘Shadow’. The cine folks are commenting that the project seems to be Resting In Peace (R.I.P). If that is so, then only time will reveal the truth.

Is Pawan Kalyan Mentally Disturbed???

Exactly two years after ‘Kushi’, ‘Johnny’ got released which means that Pawan Kalyan was idling away during that time. Same was the gap between ‘Jalsa’ and ‘Komaram Puli’.

However, this time he was busy touring the state with the dream of seeing his ‘Annayya’ as the chief minister while he can become the super CM by spinning the wheel. But now, he is busy signing film after film with the objective of not having a single free day.

‘Teen Maar’ released in less than six months after ‘Komaram Puli’ released. In between this, Pawan also took part in the shooting of the new film based on Jesus Christ under the direction of Singeetam Srinivasa Rao.

Currently, Pawan is busy with the shaping up of ‘Shadow’ under the direction of ‘Billa’ fame Vishnuvardhan. Simultaneously, he is also doing ‘Gabbar Singh’ under the direction of ‘Mirapakaya’ fame Harish Shankar.

While both these films are in the running, Pawan has reportedly okayed another film under the direction of Raju Sundaram, brother of Prabhu Deva. Also, there is buzz that Pawan has agreed for another project which was narrated by S J Suryah but then this would be directed by someone else. Apart from all this, Pawan is to do a film under the direction of Puri Jagannadh. This is a commitment he gave three years ago.

Looking at all this, it is clear that Pawan is keen on keeping himself busy just to get rid of the mental turmoil he is going through due to personal life. From the start of his career, Pawan took his own sweet time for doing a film but the speed with which he is signing up movies has become a hot topic for discussion. The point to note is the strong grapevine making rounds about disturbances in his marital life.

Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh to release on 12th Jan 2012!

Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh, which is the remake of Bollywood’s biggest blockbuster Dabangg will be launched in the month of July and the regular shoot starts later. The makers of the film are in plans to release Gabbar Singh for Pongal 2012.

Harish Shankar of Mirapakaya fame is wielding the megaphone for Gabbar Singh and Ganesh Babu, who produced Teenmaar with Pawan Kalyan will produce the film lavishly on Parameswara Arts banner. Harish Shankar is currently making necessary changes to the script considering the likes of the Telugu audiences. Gabbar Singh will be a powerful mass entertainer. Kajal Agarwal is reprising the role of Sonakshi Sinha in the Telugu version.

Gabbar Singh is scheduled for a release on 12th January, 2012.

Telugu Directors angry with Powerstar

Craze is the term associated with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and not only fans, but aspiring directors also go gaga over this star. The big league hero is slowly entering the bad books of Telugu directors for the kind of decisions he is making. Pawan's biggest disaster that created industry records is none other than 'Puli' and tamil director SJ Surya captained the flick. Later Pawan came with 'Teen Maar' to enthrall the audience and his expectations are reversed within no time. Now, Powerstar is busy with another Tamil director Vishnuvardan's flick. While ace directors like Puri Jagannadh and VV Vinayak are offering their stories to this star, his encouragement to Tamil directors is irking our local guys. According to grapevine, Pawan has signed another Tamil Director-cum-Choreographer Raju Sundaram for a flick. Telugu Directors are slowly turning against Powerstar for the kind of way he is going. However, Pawan too had a point to make. It is only Tamil director Karunakaran that made an ordinary Kalyan Babu into a powerful Pawan Kalyan with his 'Tholi Prema'.

Raju Sundaram to direct Pawan Kalyan!

Pawan Kalyan, who usually does one or hardly two films a year, is currently on a mission to do as many as films he can. As soon as his Teenmaar hit the screens he has immediately jumped onto the sets of director Vishnuvardhan’s project tentatively titled as Shadow.

Pawan Kalyan also has signed up for remake of Bollywood hit Dabangg to be directed by Harish Shankar. Titled as Gabbar Singh, the film will be produced by his Teenmaar producer Ganesh Babu.

Pawan Kalyan has now signed up a new film, which will be directed by choreographer cum director Raju Sunadaram. He has already directed a Tamil film ‘Aegan’ earlier with Ajith and Nayantara in the leads. A noted producer will produce the project and other details regarding this film will be revealed soon.

Pawan Kalyan’s tentatively titled film Shadow in the direction of Vishnuvardhan has completed 40% shoot and the makers are in plans to complete 70% of the film in the first schedule that is taking place in Kolkata. Currently, action scenes in the film are being canned on Pawan Kalyan and others.

The story is set in the backdrop of Mafia wars and Pawan Kalyan will be seen as a Mafia don in the Shadow. Sara Jane Dias and Anjali Lavania are pairing up with Pawan Kalyan in the film, also marking their entry in TFI.

Shobu Yarlagadda and Neelima are jointly producing the film on Sanghamitra Arts and Arka Media Works banners. Yuvan Shankar Raja is chosen to compose the music.

Shadow is expected to hit the silver screens for Dussera.
