To all those who were craving for an authentic Multi-starrer in Tollywood, the time has come for them to rejoice. Well, news is that the interestingly titled film ‘Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ which was on the rounds since a while has finally got the required clearances to take off.

This is being directed by Srikanth Addala and the best part is that it will have Venkatesh teaming up with Mahesh Babu. The film will be produced by Dil Raju. Sources say the film will be hitting the floors in the month of August.

Inside talk is that it has a mind blowing theme and a wonderful storyline attached to it. While that is exciting, what is grabbing the attention of many is the fact that they will get to see the likes of Mahesh and Venky on the same screen which is a unique moment in Telugu cinema.

No Change in Venky's plans

Beating the rumors that he has dropped plans to act in Tamil director Bala's movie, Venky has decided to do it. After finishing the flick in his hand, Venky is gearing up to team with this realistic director, say sources. Shocking is that Venky has decided not to go with Bala a couple of days back, sighting too much of 'shit' things in Vaadu-Veedu. However, a meet with the director has changed his perspective it appears. The other day Bala stated that the 'shit' dialogues are part of the nativity that is demanded by the characterization of the roles. Convinced with this explanation, Venky has given nod to work with Bala and Suresh Babu is said to be the producer. Critics are saying that 'paithyam' sugar coated with the name 'realistic film' might not fare well at the Telugu Box-Office. Mahesh Babu-Venkatesh's true multi-starrer

When a film starring two young heroes is being termed as a multi-starrer, the real meaning of it is put at stake. People started to believe that two real stars won't team up for a Telugu film forever. Wait, don't lose hope as there is a ray perhaps the sun is shining upon the forgotten 'multi-starrer' term in Telugu cinema. If the reports are to be believed, Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh, two of the very big stars of Tollywood are going to star in a film. Dil Raju produces this 'trendsetter' under Srikanth Addala('Kotha Bangaru Lokam' fame) direction. Previously Raju tried to cast in Pawan Kalyan besides Venkatesh but it is Mahesh who will star in this film. Mahesh and Venkatesh have given positive nod to this film but Dil Raju is maintaining strategic silence on this. He wants to disclose this trendsetting news on a big stage in a grand manner. Therefore he says that nothing has been finalized yet. But behind the screen everything was fixed and finalized says the buzz.

450 kgs Onions for Venkatesh-Trisha’s film!

Victory Venkatesh and Trisha are teamed up again for the film tentatively titled “Body Guard”, which is a remake of Malyalam’s super hit film “Body Guard”. Presently the movie shooting is going on at Ramanaidu studio in Hyderabad. There the film director Gopi Chand is canning a scene between Venkatesh and Trisha, for that they are using 450 kgs Onions. But the exact reason of why and for what purpose they are using that much of onions is not yet known.

Earlier the movie has been completed its shooting schedule in Vizag. This is the third film together on screen for Venaktesh and Trisha. Previously, they acted in Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule and Namo Venkatesha.

The film is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner.Multi Dimension Entertainments Pvt Ltd is presenting it. Kona Venkat is working as script writer and Thaman will score the music.

The movie has Prakash Raj, Dr Brahmanandam, Ali, Venu Madhav, Chandra Mohan, Tanikella Bharani and Subbaraju in other lead roles.

Venky steps into new house

One of the big four heroes of Telugu cinema industry, Venkatesh, stepped into his new house in Hyderabad late in the night on Saturday. Venkatesh built a huge house spread across 4 acres of land at Puppalaguda in Dollarhills area.

He along with his daughters, son and wife, entered the house at 11.40 pm on Saturday. Venkatesh invited film actors, producers and family members for the Satyanarayana Vratham in the morning on Sunday.

Since the work in the house is not yet complete, Venkatesh invited select few film personalities. He is expected to give a dinner party for Tollywood personalities in another few months once the house is completely ready to occupy.

Sources say, this is the biggest house in the city and Venkatesh has made provisions to practice his meditation in this bungalow.

Venky drops 'Shit' Plans!!!

The big heroes of Telugu Cinema are always conservative in doing experimental flicks. When it comes to such extreme steps, star hero Venkatesh is a noteworthy, who loves doing something different. So, what are his 'shit' plans and how he dropped them is the story now. Venky has been waiting from a long time to act under the direction of realistic Tamil film maker Bala. The aged family hero is heard dropping his plans after watching Bala's latest flick 'Avan-Ivan'. The movie is dubbed and released in Telugu as 'Vaadu-Veedu'. While critics watched the flick for rating it as a dud, normal audiences are unable to watch the flick. The hero talking about mother regarding her bra and the dialogues about 'shit' are very disgusting for normal movie goers. With the kind of 'paithyam' Bala has infused in the name of reality became an eyebrow raiser for many. With all this 'shit' content, our family hero has full rights to drop his idea of working with him.

Sonakshi's @ Rs 3 Cr To Venkatesh

Sonakshi Sinha, the hot sensation in Bollywood after ‘Dabangg’ has now fallen in the eyes of many South Indian stars as well. Victory Venkatesh desired her and approached her to ask to pair up with him for his next film after ‘Body Guard’. But Sonakshi has got several reservations and hence she doesn’t want to lose the opportunity for small amount for a South Indian middle aged hero.

Hence she quoted Rs 3 Cr shockingly. Indeed she did this after enquiring from Katrina Kaif about the payment she received for acting in Malleeswari a few years ago. She came to know that she was paid Rs 1.23 Crore with the recommendation of Venkatesh to his elder brother Suresh Babu. So now, the idea of Sonakshi is to get recommended by hero himself to convince the producer for Rs 3 Cr payment.

So now, ball is in the court of Venkatesh. In fact no producer can be keen to pay that much amount for a heroine in Telugu filmdom!!!

Venky, Mahesh’s multi-starrer confirmed!

We have earlier reported that Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh might team up for a multi-starrer film to be directed by Srikanth Addala. Now, the project seems to be finalized as the two top stars of  Tollywood waved green for the film after listening to the script from the director.

Though Pawan Kalyan was supposed to team with Venky, Mahesh has been finally confirmed for the role as the Power Star was unable to allocate his dates due to his busy schedules. Dil Raju is producing this mega multi-starrer and other cast and crew are yet to be finalized. The film is likely to be titled as Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. A formal announcement of the film is expected shortly.

Bellamkonda cuts 'Bodyguard' tail

While it is the director who drives a flick to a successful destination, the Producer as an investor is always the King. One such daring producer of TFI is Bellamkonda Suresh and here is his recent move that shocked industry. Keeping aside the failure and success of this super hit flick in its native versions aside, producer Bellamkonda is carefully choosing his next steps. We are talking about his latest production venture 'Bodyguard', which is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster, directed by Siddique. The film's Tamil version gave mixed results at BO confusing Bellamkonda to take a bold step. In order to cut the rocketing budgets, the producer decided to cut off the entire outdoor and foreign shooting schedules of the flick. Insiders revealed that the flick will be filmed entirely in Hyderabad and its surroundings. The main motive behind this step is to minimize the losses he may incur when the flick flops. Cutting the 'tail' of this huge budgeted flick may keep Bellamkonda in cool, but the lessened amount is making Venkatesh and director Gopichand Malineni ('Don Seenu' fame) furious.

Venkatesh is busy with his yet-to-be titled film in the direction of Gopichand Malineni on Sai Ganesh Productions banner. The film is the remake of Malayalam Super hit Bodyguard which is currently being shot in Hyderabad with Trisha as the heroine.

Meanwhile, Venky is also listening to the scripts and is finalizing his future projects. The latest we hear is Venkatesh might team up with director Suresh Krishna, who earlier directed films Prema, Dharma Chakram with the actor. Currently, the story discussions are progressing and if everything goes well, the film might start rolling its camera after Bodyguard remake wraps up.

Celebrity Cricket League’s first match between telugu warriors (TW) and Chennai Rhinos (CR) has been curtailed to 14 Overs each side due to the affect of rain at Chinnasamy Stadium, Bangalore. Having won the toss, captain Venkatesh of TW welcomed Chennai Rhinos to bat first thus compiling the score of 134 runs for the loss of six wickets.  While Akhil, Raghu and Adarsh took two wickets each, CR top scorer was Vishnu with 69 runs. Chasing the daunting score, TW lost the game by 21 runs closing the innings at 113 runs. Although practiced vigorously, TW were way behind CR. Highlight of the match is that TW team bowled 32 extras. Wish that our team bounces back in upcoming matches.

Venky, Mahesh multi-starrer launch on 6th October?

Telugu365 has earlier reported that Victory Venkatesh and Super Star Mahesh are teaming up for a new multi-starrer film and the film has been titled as Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.

The latest buzz in the filmnagar circles is that the movie is set for its launch on 6th October.

Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu will take shape in the hands of director Srikanth Addala while Dil Raju is producing it. Other details of the cast and crew of this interesting multi-starrer project is expected to be announced shortly.

Venky to pair with Sonakshi Sinha!

Bollywood actress, who is the most sought heroine presently in Bollywood after her debut film Dabangg success. She made a noticeable debut in Bollywood with the film Dabangg in 2010; she was paired with Salman Khan in that film. As per the sources Venkatesh is going to pair up with Sonakshi Sinha soon in his future film.

Sonakshi is presently acting in a south indian film titled "Viswaroopam". In that film she is going to romance with Kamal Hassan and Kamal is also directing that film.

If sources are to be belived Venkatesh has also sent feelers to Sonakshi about doing a film for which Heroine responded in positively. If every this goes well, then soon we will see together on screen.

Now, the latest update is Saloni has been zeroed in as the second leading lady in Venkatesh’s new film which is the remake of Malayalam hit Bodyguard. Gopichand Malineni is directing the film and Trisha is playing the female lead.

Teja Wanted To Fool Venkatesh?

There was a time when speculations were rife about director Teja. They saw him as the next best thing for Tollywood. However, all those expectations whimpered in no time and Teja went to shed. However, he was planning to make a comeback and just when all thought that he would bounce with a bang, he came up with a bouncer.

Apparently, it is known that Teja was due to commence a project with Venkatesh titled ‘Savitri’. However, that project got stalled midway. Well, inside sources reveal the cause for that. It is heard that Venky was floored when he heard the story and felt it was quite challenging for him as a performer.

However, once the actual work began the superstar reportedly got to know that this was actually a total remake from a Hollywood flick and already Vikram was doing the same in Tamil. The result can be guessed by all. But in all this, the talk in film nagar is that Teja has literally tried to fool Venky. Unfortunate!!

Tensions for Venkatesh's Bodyguard!

Venkatesh's upcoming film happens to be the remake of Malayalam hit 'Bodyguard' under the direction of Malineni Gopichand('Don Seenu' fame). Although the title of this film is not yet finalized people are addressing it as 'Bodyguard'. Trisha is playing romantic interest of Venky in this movie. Bellamkonda Suresh who has been chasing remake movies is the producer. Apparently, the regular shooting of 'Bodyguard' started just few days ago and the movie is expected to release for Dussera. That news itself is sending tremors down Venky fans as Bodyguard's Hindi version is slated for release on August 31st. Salman Khan is playing the lead role in Hindi and if it releases prior to Telugu version, Venky's 'Bodyguard' will surely suffer in few regions. Especially the business in Nizam region gets affected as the audience draws comparisons between both the films. It will be suicidal to release Telugu version after Hindi film releases as it has wide reach and also has Salman Khan who has big fan base in Andhra Pradesh. It is highly unlikely to complete Venky's 'Bodyguard' before Sallu's, but Venkatesh and co. are giving it a shot to come as early as possible.
