Raviteja feels insulted by his friends!

Raviteja feels insulted by his friends!
We already know that crazy hero raviteja, sensational directors YVS Chowdary and Gunasekhar raised to these top standards facing the same struggling phase in Film Nagar sharing a rented room together. Now, for the first time they joined hands for ‘Nippu.’ Though raviteja is known for pure business perspective in himself and his movies, he is known to have offered many concessions to his old friends.

The crux point is that, Gunasekhar known for lavish settings in his films is known to have come in to agreement with producer Chowdary not to go for any profuse expenditure on ‘Nippu’ in the form of artistic settings. Inner sources say that Chow and Guna wanted to just make use the following of Mass Maharaj and make good profits from 'Nippu' with least budget spent. On the other side raviteja, who expected at least one grand setting of Gunasekhar’s mark is feeling insulted with ‘kanjus’ behavior of his friends.

YVS's 'Red' idea worries Gunasekhar

YVS's 'Red' idea worries Gunasekhar
Self proclaimed creative director Gunasekhar will be soon saying camera-action-cut with the support of his dear friend YVS after a long time. At the same time a 'Red' idea from his friend is worrying him a lot.

Apparently, YVS Chowdary came forward to help his sinking friend director Gunasekhar to produce a film for him. With Raviteja in the lead, YVS planned to produce 'Nippu', which is earlier titled as 'Kathi'. Keeping in view of the footage wastage Gunasekhar does for every film he directs, YVS came up with a new idea. Being another 'wastage' specialist, YVS advised Guna to go with 'Red Camera', as digital technology needs no film and saves budget despite of numerous takes. Both the directors has a habit of making a 4 hour flick before cutting the final version of 2 hours in editing studio. However, worried with the quality of digital technology when compared to Film technology, Gunasekhar is in the process of convincing YVS to go with 'negative film'.

However, Gunasekhar should try to convince YVS on the point that he would not be doing any wastage or excessive filming rather than talking about digital technology. 'Red Camera' and its quality are proved worldwide for their quality and flexibility and can Gunasekhar really point it!

Can this 'Nippu' melt 'Kathi'?

Can this 'Nippu' melt 'Kathi'?
After losing the title 'Kathi' to flop hero Kalyanram, the outcry by director Gunasekhar is known to everyone. Though, the truth is on Gunasekhar's side at that time, he should prove his mettle now to give a perfect answer.

Gunasekhar, who plans most of his movies creatively has more bombs on his sides rather than wins. Most of his ideas became disastrous for the producers and back stabbed the distributors. While Gunasekhar stated with huge confidence that the title 'Kathi' is a perfect apt for his flick earlier, many people took his hue and cry in a lighter vein. This is because of his films that create an incurable headache for the viewers. Only if 'Nippu' with Raviteja shows some stamina, people will feel pity on Gunasekhar side before placing him in new heights. If the result is like his 'Varudu' and 'Sainikudu', only time will decide the whereabouts of this creative intelligent.

Gunasekhar’s Nippu not to have ‘sets’!

Nippu movie launched

Ravi Teja and director Gunashekar’s Nippu was launched on Saturday, May 28th, 2011. Director and producer YVS Chowdhary is producing it on his banner Bommarillu. At the press meet of the movie, Gunashekar informed the media that the film will not have huge sets or graphics. This really comes as surprise as Gunashekar is known for creating huge sets in his films.

Remember Okkadu had Charminar set, Arjun had Madhura Meenkashi Temple set and Varudu had both huge sets and graphics. But his recent films - Sainikudu andVarudu - bombed like anything, so he decided to make the movies sans costly sets.

YVS Chowdhary said: “Gunasekhar, Ravi Teja and I were roommates in Chennai and today we succeeded in our careers. So it is my pleasure to produce this film.”
Ravi Teja said: “It has great technical team apart from my friends producing and directing the movie. I am working with writer Akula Siva for second time and with cinematographer Sarvesh Murari for third time.”

Producer's Warning To Director

Though he is the unsung hero of any project, the producer always holds the key to any film because he is the money spender. And there are times when producers have to give in to the demands of the directors and end up digging deep holes in their pockets.

Right now, that seems to be the case with YVS Chowdary who is already struggling with a string of wonderful duds. While he is gearing up to arrive with a production venture ‘Nippu’ it is heard that he has given a word of caution to director Gunasekhar.

Knowing Gunasekhar’s penchant for masterpieces of settings with heavy budgets, YVS reportedly told him “Don’t spend too much on the settings as that will lead to many fittings.” Inside sources reveal both have actually come to an agreement on this. So, the chances are that ‘Nippu’ may be arriving without Gunasekhar’s trademark settings, thanks to YVS’s warnings.

Raviteja says no ‘Cash down Carry on’

Raviteja has got a reputation of completing the movies in time with in stipulated schedules. Normally he doesn’t care about activities pertaining to technical or story department, what he bothers more is about number of working days and the number on his pay cheque. They call it, ‘Cash down – Carry on’ policy. Being hailed as Mass Maharaj with very kind heart, did raviteja offer any rebate to his best friends cum ex-roommates YVS Chowdary and Gunasekhar in this making of ‘Nippu.’
Yes, inner sources say raviteja did not put pressure on either of his friends in remuneration part. Affected with disastrous ‘Veera,’ our crazy hero wants ‘Nippu’ to shape up well and should stand as biggest hit in his career. Well, good to see these three old friends showing belief in each other.

Double 'Nippu' for Raviteja!

Double 'Nippu' for Raviteja!
Massraja Raviteja, who has recently tasted one of the biggest duds of his career with 'Veera' is all set to do his next film under Gunasekhar's direction. This movie will be produced by YVS Chowdary on his Bommarillu banner.

Apparently, Guna has been out of form post 'Okkadu' and is still struggling to regain his charm. On the other hand YVS too is having torrid times as a director and producer. Interestingly both these struggling people teamed up for Raviteja's film and it has already raised the curiosity levels a notch higher than regular Raviteja movies.

Meanwhile, Raviteja fans and well wishers are not happy with this project though. They say that it is a big risk to do film with two out of form directors as the business craze would be down. Generally such films which create negative buzz from the start do fail to survive even with average talk. Ironically it is titled 'Nippu' and observers say that it hints about the fate of Raviteja's career with this film!
