The glittering IIFA Awards 2011 has come to an end, but the controversies surrounding it seems to be no stopping. The long-standing debate on - Why Indian films are still just Hindi(Bollywood) films? Actress Kushboo finds fault over showcasing Indian cinema as nothing but Hindi cinema, ignoring the films in other industries. She could understand Why is it happening like this? "Hindi industry remake all of south indian films or get "inspired" by them yet you avoid them..why. You have best of talent down south n nobody can deny that...wake up IIFA!!!! Why south indian films are not part of IIFA? You represent Indian films or just Hindi films at IIFA?not fair IIFA :-(," tweeted Kushboo, who was always Known to speak her mind. Kushboo even asked politician Shashi Tharoor to send the message to the IIFA(International Indian Film Academy): "@ShashiTharoor Hi Mr.Tharoor,why don't you take the initiative of promoting south indian cinema at IIFA?after all its about indian cinema," she tweeted. Hope, South Indian Films get it's share atleast in IIFA 2012!
