'Rana' To Become Another 'Coolie'

With news arriving from Singapore that superstar Rajinikanth is recovering well and has got back to his power yoga, the ambitious ‘Rana’ seems to be back to life. However, many are now speculating that ‘Rana’ will become another ‘Coolie’, the big blockbuster of Bollywood starring Amitabh Bachchan.

It was on July 26th, 1982 when Big B met with a fatal accident during shooting for ‘Coolie’ which almost took his life. After months of prayers and medication, he bounced back only to score a hit. On the other hand, it is heard that the character which was originally meant to die was modified and was kept alive. Now, something like that is happening for ‘Rana’ as well.

Buzz is that one of Rajini’s three characters was supposed to die but now it is heard that modifications are happening so that all three are alive. However, the flip side is that Rajini will not be doing all those high profile stunts which were planned for obvious reasons. Also, it is heard that Shankar’s ‘Robot 2’ stands cancelled for now.

For now, Rajini is expected to resume work in September but without any stunts.
