Hot Beauty's tiff with Technicians

Hot beauty Andrea Jeremiah and controversies go hand in hand. After her alleged link-up with director Selvaraghavan, he has landed in a new controversy now. The singer-turned-actress has faced the ire of Technicians, after she opted for a Mumbai-based make-up man. The Technician's Union opposed her stand to bring in a person from outside the state, as it is against the rules of Tamil film industry. The actress reportedly demanded the makers of the film that she wants a make-up artist from Mumbai. The makers have no option, but to bowing down to her demands. They roped in a famous make-up man from Mumbai but the Technician's Union objected it and halted the shooting of the film yesterday at ECR Resorts, Chennai. It took four hours to settle down the matter before the hero of the film Udhayanidhi Stalin, intervened to resolve issue. Fearing the wrath of the Kollywood Technician's Union, the actress changed her mind to send her make-up man back to Mumbai. According to the rules of the Tamil film industry, a technician should get the Union's ID card to work in the Tamil film industry. The rule is made to protect the interest of the local-born talents. The film 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi' is the debut film of Udhayanidhi Stalin(Grandson of former Tamilnadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi) as hero. Hansika Motwani is playing the main female lead in the film.
