Telugu Warriors are living in a fools paradise and force themselves to believe that they are the unbeatables. But, they got the shock of their life in the opening match of CCL. Kollywood team Chennai Rhinos defeated Telugu Warriors convinsingly by 21 runs at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on June 6. Though Akhil scored a half century much to the relief of the Tollywood team, it was not enough to beat the Chennai team. Akhil struggled during his bowling to pick the line and length, which helped Chennai Rhinos to post a huge target. "Hard luck the first game. We shall bounce back. My contribution was good but not good enough obviously. Well played chennai," tweeted Akhil, who was the top scorrer for Telugu Warriors. "Hopefully will have a better game tomorrow. Its not fun doing anything badly:)," tweeted Siddharth, who didn't had a great day. Hope Telugu Warriors will bounce back in the next game! |
