Nayanatara bought a posh apartment in Chennia in Boat Club Colony, opposite Hotel Park Sheraton. She moved into that recently. She also owned a deluxe villa in Cochin but she left that place as Chennai is her final destination now. Her parents are reluctant to move to Chennai. Nayanatara has been waiting for her long pending marriage with Prabhu Deva that is due in January.
Nayan bough some plots in Chennai during the bright days of her career but never thought to invest in flats. But now she bought a flat as she needed to shift readily.
Well, some are questioning among themselves, why she bought a posh apartment now as she is anyway getting married to Prabhu Deva. Well, she wants to have something of her own and in fact she bought this flat at throw away price for her standard of earnings she accumulated all these years.
