YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy sees a greater conspiracy behind the revolt of the IAS officers against the ministers and the retaliation from the latter in connection with the CBI investigation.
Jagan alleged that the Congress party and its leaders were deliberately making an issue only to sling mud at YSR and defame him.
“While several problems are confronting the public, the ruling party leaders have left the people in the lurch and are conspiring with the officials in damaging the image of YSR,” he said.
Apparently, Jagan suspects that the ongoing war of words between the bureaucrats and the ministers was ultimately aimed at proving that several scams had taken place during the YSR regime.
“It is unfortunate that these targeting the departed leader, while they are not making any attempt to expose Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu under whose regime the Emaar scam and mining scam had originated,” he said.
