There was a time when the talk was strong about how the Nandamuri family discarded Junior NTR for their own reasons. Eventually, he was allowed to be part owing to his success and stardom. While Junior has never let a chance go in terms of hailing his ‘Babai’, the same reciprocation doesn’t seem to be there.
We are talking about Nandamuri Balakrishna and recently his statement raised few eyebrows. This was to the question about Junior NTR and his entry into politics to support TDP.
Balayya reportedly replied “Evarannaa ravochchu..kaaryakarthallaa seva cheyochchu..tdp evarnee andalanlu ekkinchadaaniki ledu…seva cheste welcome.” (Anyone can come as long as they want to serve as party workers. TDP is not there to give power, if you serve you are welcome)
Those who heard this are saying “What is this contorted reply? Does Balayya mean Junior is joining politics only for power and position? Usually he speaks straightforwardly so all he could have said was having Jr NTR is an added strength. This diplomatic line was not expected from Balayya.”
