Night parties are big fun for big heroes. These days, they are not content with just boozing; they need someone to cheer them up and keep them laughing all through the party.
They may be “cheer girls” as one can find in IPL cricket matches, or even “cheer boys” can do. All that they have to do is to say “cheers” when the heroes and their buddies lift their glasses; and entertain them with jokes, singing and even merry dancing.
One such “cheer boy” often witnessed in the company of big heroes is Khayyam, the younger brother of top comedian Ali.
While Ali makes people laugh on screen with his antics, Khayyam does the same off screen, though he, too, plays small-time roles in the films. So, Khayyam accompanies these fun-loving heroes include Ravi Teja and Allari Naresh. Sometimes, Khayyam is assisted by “Satyam” Rajesh in entertained the heroes with their non-stop comedy, mimicry, singing, dancing and lampooning other stars.
Don’t be surprised, if more small-time comedians take up this “cheer boys” job to make some quick money.
