It is known that Goat in English is called as Meka in Telugu. In Hindi, it is called as Bakra. It is also known that hero Srikanth’s surname is Meka and his home banner is named ‘Meka Media’.
Recently, the film ‘Virodhi’ was released under this banner. Those who saw the film failed to understand why Srikanth acted in it and most importantly why he produced the film.
Because Srikanth’s role was more like guest throughout the film while the character of Ajay and Kamal Kamaraju had more importance. But putting the blame on director Neelakantha is wrong.
He did a sincere effort but then this has brought only losses to Srikanth as hero and producer. That is why it is heard that media friends are throwing friendly satires on ‘Meka Media’.
