A new fear has taken over the cine circuit, especially in the Bollywood arena. This is the fear of helicopters and it is heard that many Bollywood heroes are now saying no to helicopters when it comes to their transport or other reasons for using the carrier.
Apparently, it is the shocking death of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy and the still unfound helicopter of the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu has spiked up the fears. Many Bollywood heroes are unable to trust the technical sturdiness of the machines and have developed a helicopter phobia, as per sources.
Some are taking it a step further and are making it clear to their directors and producers that scenes involving helicopters must be avoided and alternative methods must be taken. While the fear is understood, few cine members are stating philosophically “If death has to happen, it will happen and it is not necessary that only a helicopter can get it done.”
