Pawan Kalyan's Salute For Telangana

The Telangana movement which started with a political greed became a wildfire and brought nothing but trouble and chaos in Andhra Pradesh. In the bargain, it was the cine folks who took the heat at many instances. However, Pawan Kalyan seems to be one man who has become an innocent victim despite his affinity for Telangana region.

This can be seen with the titles of his two movies – Komaram Puli and Teen Maar. Usually, he has an inclination for Telangana. One can recall that Pawan hired a lyricist Master ji and created a chartbuster in ‘Naaraju gaaku raa annayyo….’. Even the song was also sung in Telangana slang. Later, Master Ji penned many other songs and he hailed from Telangana region.

A friend of Pawan revealed “As such, Pawan has a soft corner for Telangana but the mindless T-seekers presume he is simply trying to cash in on the movement. That time, when he titled his film Komaram Puli, the Komaram Bheem fans protested and now the T-activists are threatening about ‘Teen Maar’. Actually, Pawan put these titles with affection for Telangana but these T- protestors don’t realize the point.”
