Karunanidhi Torturing Tamil Film Audience

When age comes, it is the quality of a wise man to realize his limitations and reduce his activities. Perhaps that is one reason why ANR is always regarded. But for some reason, there are those who simply fail to understand that, especially in the cine and political circuits. A classic example for that is Dasari Narayana Rao.

While he continues his tirade against Telugu audience, another individual is doing the same in Tamil Nadu. Well, he is the veteran chief minister Karunanidhi. Apparently, Karunanidhi was a noted writer during his younger days but then he is using the power of his pen even today much to the torture of the audience.

Recently, his stories were turned into movies like ‘Poi’ ‘Ponnar Shankar’ and those who saw the films said the stories were old as dinosaurs and the scenarios were outdated. A noted member of the Tamil film fraternity said “What to do? Because he is the CM and has power anyone has to oblige.”

While the cine folks are feeling like that, even the ‘Aam Janta’ such as the car drivers and auto drivers are talking the same. Well, with the results of elections in the offing, it remains to be seen how long Karunanidhi’s torture will last.
