Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's impending marriage has been making headlines since the time they started dating each other about five years back. The duo recently confirmed that they would plan their shaadi after the release of their highly anticipated spy thriller Agent Vinod in March this year.

The Kapoor gal has her plans in place post-shaadi. When asked if she will work at the same pace as she is doing today, she replies candidly, "My career will always be the way it is. Work is my passion. Saif and I are very urban and contemporary thinking people. We have our own space, he does his own thing. We don't even discuss work and I don't think he has ever asked me which film I am doing. He probably gets to know from the newspapers and magazines . If I am in a meeting, he doesn't even ask me who I had a meeting with. He is the most supportive man I could have asked for."

When asked How she feels when she sees Saif in an intimate scene with another hot heroine, Kareena replied: "I`d be like Wow! How hot Saif looks,I know how he looks bare bodied!".

And all those who feel that Bebo is jealous of Saif's heroines, especially Deepika Padukone, with who he has done the maximum number of films, Bebo clears that, too. "I encourage Saif to work with everybody. He is free to work with whoever he wants to, it is not my concern. Even I am free to work with whoever I want, Saif never interferes," says Kareena.

Sunil’s Direct Attack On Ravi Teja?

As per the latest update, ‘Poola Rangadu’ is going to postpone again and instead of Feb 10th it is now releasing on Feb 18th. Now, as Ravi Teja’s ‘Nippu’ is releasing on Feb 17th, there would be a direct clash between both of these movies. Earlier, it was heard that ‘Nippu’ has been continuously postponed to avoid any competition from ‘Poola Rangadu’. But it looks like there is no escape for ‘Nippu’. We have to wait and see whether the makers of ‘Nippu’ postpone their movie once again or will they stick to the same date.

Vidya Calls Shah Rukh Khan A Brother

Bollywood Stars are not new to stunts, But Vidya Balan has done a feat by calling the Badshah a Brother. She recently did a small act at the Screen Awards with Shah Rukh Khan where she addressed the superstar as 'brother'. However, she says calling SRK brother saddened her.

 

 

To quote the star of The Dirthy Picture, "I did not find that act interesting. I felt very sad that I called him my brother. The world can call Shah Rukh their brother, but I will never call him my brother,"

 

After taking away all the awards for her performance in "The Dirty Picture", Vidya is currently busy promoting her next film "Kahaani".

Rajinikanth to perform own stunts in next film

There's good new for Rajini fans as the South superstar has been declared fit by his doctors. This means that he will be able to perform his own stunts in daughter Soundarya's Kochadaiyyan, reports Subhash K Jha for Mid Day.

So instead of computer generated stunts, the film will see Rajini performing most of the action, says the tabloid.

"Earlier it had been decided to simulate the stunts through a cinematic device known as the performance-capturing technique. Given his health scare, the doctors had advised Rajni against physical exertion. But the star had put his foot down arguing that no computer would do the acting for him," writes Jha.

"Rajniji is fine now and in perfect physical condition. He will be performing a lot of his own stunts now but the performance-capturing technique will also be used," Producer Murli Manohar confirms to the tabloid.

While the doctors have given clean-chit to Rajini, Soundarya is still concerned about her father's health. "Soundarya is opposed to the idea. But Rajniji doesn't want to cheat his audiences. He says he feels better than ever before. Since we can't stop Rajniji, there will be health and action experts to ensure he doesn't get carried away and overdo the stunts," a source told the tabloid.

Karan Johar to compere Riteish-Genelia's sangeet ceremony

Filmmaker Karan Johar will play the Master of Ceremonies at Riteish-Genelia's sangeet ceremony, or so we hear.

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza are all set to tie the knot. And dos that lead up to the main function are well under way. It all began with a party hosted by friends Sajid Nadiadwala and Fardeen Khan which was quite well-attended. And tonight is will the night of song and dance!

Yes, Riteish and Genelia's sangeet ceremony is all set to take place at Taj Land's End. "There's a lot of preparation that has gone into this one," we are told. If sources are to be believed, it's Karan Johar who has drawn up the concept and will MC the event with much suave and wit!

కథానాయిక కాజల్ అగర్వాల్ కి కామెడీ సినిమాలంటే తెగ ఇష్టమట. అందుకని ఓ పూర్తి నిడివి కామెడీ సినిమాలో నటించాలని వుందని ఈ సుందరాంగి తాజాగా తన కోరిక బయపెట్టింది. చిన్నప్పటి నుంచీ కూడా తనకు కామెడీ సినిమాలన్నా, కామెడీ ప్రోగ్రాములన్నా ఎంతో ఇష్టమని చెబుతోంది. ఏక్షన్ సినిమాలంటే అస్సలు ఇష్టం లేదనీ, టీవీలో అటువంటి సినిమాలొచ్చినా, ప్రోగ్రాంస్ వచ్చినా వెంటనే చానెల్ మార్చేసేదాన్నని చెప్పింది.

Dangerous to cast Kareena opposite me: Saif

He plays a stylish spy in Agent Vinod, opposite his real-life girlfriend who will also be seen in an action-packed role. And though Kareena Kapoor had publicly admitted that she hates being forced to perform stunts, actor-producer Saif Ali Khan admits he’s “very impressed” with her new avatar as a Pakistani CIA agent.

“It’s quite weird because she has a very intense expression on her face when she performs stunts. But it looks very convincing on her,” he says. In a recent interview, Bebo mentioned that she’d rather do a romantic film with her rumoured husband-to-be, even hinting at considering something along the lines of 2004 rom-com, Hum Tum.

But Saif rebuffs her, saying, “Kareena would rather do something like a soft comedy with me because she is a romantic person at heart. But I don’t think she sees an important point- how interested will the audiences be to watch us together as an on-screen couple, since we are actually together in real life?”

The Love Aaj Kal actor insists that a film like Agent Vinod, co-produced by partner Dinesh Vijan, is a far more interesting project for them to work on together. “We have been portrayed very intelligently in it. I feel it’s a little dangerous to cast Kareena opposite me in a typical Bollywood film and expect the audience to be interested in watching it,” he says.

As for his own punch-per-minute role, he says, “It was incredibly demanding physically, given that there was plenty of wirework, besides the regular stunts. In fact, I hurt myself quite a few times during the shoot. But that made it more special,” says the National Award-winning actor.

Saif trained in Vietnam to learn the ropes, literally. “I went there for a few days to learn to handle harnesses better. That’s where our action director (Peter Heinz) has his headquarters too. That was the main physical exercise I did, apart from working out intensely in the gym and doing yoga in Mumbai. It was quite a dramatic lifestyle change I went through to get into my character. But I enjoyed the process,” says the actor with a smile.

Agent Vinod’s muses

When Saif Ali Khan released the first trailer of Agent Vinod, many felt the film had traces of popular international spy franchise, James Bond. Interestingly, the actor-producer too agrees that there are certain “influences”, saying, “Bond is always in control, he is never out of his depth. Those are the Bond influences that made it into Agent Vinod,” says the actor. “As far as Bourne (fictitious American rogue spy Jason Bourne) goes, the influences show in the way our film has been shot,” says Saif, adding that the film has been constructed like a Tintin comic book. “Tintin always has different adventures. If you look at any page, there’s always something happening,” he says.

Agneepath falls short of beating Bodyguard record at Box Office

Hrithik Roshan's Agneepath, despite making an earth-shattering collections, has fell short of beating Salman Khan's Bodyguard record at the Box Office. The movie, released on January 26, has missed out to rewrite the record to its name with a margin of Rs 16 crore in the first weekend.

Agneepath has garnered approximately Rs 69 crore in the first weekend. It raked in Rs 23 crore, Rs 12.75 crore, Rs 15.85 crore and Rs 17.5 crore on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. On the other end, Bodyguard had collected Rs 85.5 crore in its first weekend.

Bodyguard had made a record breaking collections in five-day weekend. Whereas,Agneepath collected Rs 69 crore in four-day weekend. However, the average four-day collections of Hrithik Roshan's movie is better than Salman Khan's film, as it stands at somewhere around Rs 17.25 crore per day and the Dabangg actor's movie averaging just above Rs 17 crore per day.

Love Failure' Song Inspired From ANR Film

Hero Siddarth is starting a new journey as a producer and this is happening through the film ‘Love Journey’. Recently, the audio release took place and the music is composed by Thaman. Now, the first song in the albumhas been getting a specific feedback.

Buzz is that the number ‘Parvathi Parvathi…’ seems to be a strong inspiration from a black and white classic. Apparently, this is from the film ‘Preminchi Choodu’ which came in 1965 and the song goes ”meda meeda meda katti kotlu kooda betti natti kaamandu..hello hello…come on come on come on ..come on… raa mundu”

The music director for that was Master Venu . Now, those who are familiar with the black and white classics urge that ‘Parvathi Parvathi…’ has taken a strong inspiration from the above mentioned number. With the general perception that Thaman is known for inspiration compositions, let us see how it goes.
