Sirish Suffers Setback On Srija Case

Though it is being opined by many that Sirish Bharadwaj may not be the alleged suspect, law doesn’t seem to be on his side for now. We are talking about his clash with wife Srija and the consequences his family has been facing for messing with Chiranjeevi and camp.

The latest update is that the bail plea which was forwarded by Sirish’s lawyer has been rejected by the Supreme Court. Apparently, Sirish’s lawyer claimed that both families are in for a settlement so bail should be granted. However, that was not accepted.

For now, Sirish is absconding and he is facing charges of dowry harassment by wife Srija and her mother. Since his appeal for bail in the Hyderabad High Court was rejected, Sirish went to the Supreme Court but ended up with the same result.

Mega Star forcing Srija and Pawan Kalyan

Keeping the chaste political interests of Chiranjeevi before his joining in Congress Party, he does not want any internal disturbances to occur in his family. Perhaps media is opening the blanket to reveal secrets behind disturbed marital life of Srija and reasons for being Pawan Kalyan staying miles away from his big brother. As technical formalities of Praja Rajyam merging into Congress are not completed, there is always a danger of entire business to backfire if family wars become public. Internal news making rounds in industry is that Chiranjeevi is forcing Srija to stay away from media hiding in Chennai. On the other side Pawan Kalyan is also requested not to further discuss the family matters related to Allu Aravind openly before the political vaccum in Praja Rajyam is completely filled. Although everything looks normal and simple from outside but Konidela family is going through hardships that might come to an end in next few months. Sirish mom says Srija tortured her

Counsel for Mr Sirish Bharadwaj and his mother, Ms Surya Mangala, told the court that the latter is being threatened by Ms Srija and her parents. He filed a counter before the VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge responding to the prosecution’s petition seeking dismissal of the bail to Ms Surya Mangala.

Counsel maintained that Ms Srija’s parents were powerful and Mr Bharadwaj and his parents were not. Mr Bharadwaj’s counsel pointed out that following heavy mental torture from Srija, her parents and police, Ms Surya Mangala took VRS from her APSRTC job.

It may be noted that the prosecution had filed a petition seeking dismissal of the bail to Ms Surya Mangala on the ground that she was making threatening calls to Ms Srija — the Praja Rajyam chief, Mr Chiranjeevi’s daughter and the de facto complainant in the case — and was not cooperating in the investigation.

The additional public prosecutor, Mr S. Lokeshwar Reddy, maintained that the petition was filed in the court, as she was not complying with the conditions of bail. Mr Bharadwaj’s counsel hoped that the issue would be settled during counselling for the couple to be held on April 30. The district legal services authority posted the matter from April 16 to April 30.

Srija's Hiding Location Discovered!!!

The past few weeks has been seeing the feud between Srija and her husband Sirish Bharadwaj. While one version says Sirish is in hiding escaping from the cops, many have been wondering as to where Srija is. Well, here is some update about her which has been disclosed by a reliable source.

It is heard that Srija is currently in Chennai. Apparently, the source reveals that Srija is reportedly staying at the residence of her father Chiranjeevi in T.Nagar. Also, she has become quite slim than before and it appears that she has been into a lot of workouts at the gym.

Buzz is that Srija is keeping herself away from the limelight owing to the controversy and has been keeping herself to the Chennai residence. Going by this, it appears that Srija might turn out to be a slim and trim girl the next time we see her.

City Buzz: PJR's Son Helping Sirish

It is known news that the fairytale love story of Sirish Bharadwaj and Sreeja has hit the rocks with the latter filing a dowry harassment case. While Sirish, the son-in-law of Chiranjeevi has been absconding without a bail here is an update which is making strong rounds among the common friends.

Sirish Escaped From Chiru Fans??

The controversy surrounding the Chiru family with regards to Sirish Bharadwaj- Sreeja is known to all. While the legal and police related processes are on, the one big question which is posed by many is, what the stand of Chiranjeevi fans on this is. There was a time when Chiru fans were a huge army, this was before he entered politics and everyone used to shiver with the mention of the mega fans. For the simple reason that Rajasekhar spoke lightly about Chiru’s abilities, they threw stones and attacked him.

It was around that time when Sirish ran away with Sreeja and both got married.  Sreeja also mentioned in front of media that she came out with her own interest and loves Sirish. At that point, no one touched Sirish since Sreeja is also involved. Few of them said “Since she is there no one will do anything to Sirish.” But now what is the situation? Where is the army of Chiru fans? What are their thoughts on dealing with Sirish after knowing the issues between him and Sreeja?

Well, the army seems to have diffused and disintegrated. The reason for that is, after the formation of Praja Rajyam Party, fans were not given preference in higher cadres and ranks. Sirish's Plea For Anticipatory Bail Dismissed

Justice B. Seshasayana Reddy of the AP High Court on Wednesday dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by Sirish Bharadwaj the son-in-law of the PR chief, Mr Chiranjeevi.

It may be mentioned that Ms Srija, Chiranjeevi’s daughter who is married to Bharadwaj for three years, had recently lodged a complaint against her husband for allegedly harassing her for dowry.

Mr Bharadwaj approached the HC for anticipatory bail after a lower court rejected his plea for the same.

He contended that the allegations against him were baseless and levelling of charges against him was an abuse of provisions of law.

Ms Srija had stated that she was being harassed ever since she effected the transfer of certain immovable properties from her name.

Jeevitha Supporting Sirish Bharadwaj

The age old saying goes “Enemy’s enemy is a friend” and this is something the film couple Rajasekhar- Jeevitha seem to be following when it comes to Chiranjeevi. Usually, they are always thinking “When we will get a chance to attack Chiranjeevi”. Now, sources reveal Jeevitha has found the answer in Sirish Bharadwaj.

Buzz is that the film couple has already started making moves to befriend Sirish. On the other hand, sources close to Chiru family reveal that Sirish became a ‘Bakra’ suddenly and all this is actually a match fixing done by Chiranjeevi who was successful in brainwashing Srija to file a case against Sirish.

It is heard that in the court, Srija mentioned that she was writing emails to her parents about Sirish’s torture. When the court asked for a printout of the emails, she went blank and after a while she replied that she has deleted the emails due to fear that Sirish would see them. Then, the court reportedly asked her to produce the printouts from her father or mother’s email ids for which Srija had no answer.

This news has reached Jeevitha and sources say she wants to take Sirish in her arm and fight for justice albeit with the motive of defaming Chiru once again hitting media.

Srija Not Ready For Compromise With Sirish?

It is now more or less confirmed that megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter Srija is not interested in having a compromise with her husband Sirish Bharadwaj, but wants to get separated.

On Thursday, Srija failed to turn up at the Legal Services Authority, which had summoned her following a request from Sirish that he wanted to speak to Srija privately and pacify her.

After knowing that Srija would not be coming to the authority, Sirish also did not turn up.

The legal services authority gave a fresh date of April 16 for both Srija and Sirish for appearance. In the meantime, the police authorities too have begun efforts to bring a patch-up between them.

They have so far not arrested Sirish though the court had not granted him anticipatory bail. They want to give some more time for Srija to come to an agreement with her husband.

Interestingly, Srija has not so far produced before the police the e-mails and transcripts of the text messages reportedly sent by her to her parents about the alleged physical and mental harassment by Sirish and his mother. Hence, the delay in arrest of Sirish, sources said.

Chiranjeevi Harassing Sirish Bharadwaj (!)

Now the time has come for Chiranjeevi to take vengeance on his second son in law Sirish Bharadwaj. All these days nothing was done against Sirish despite he did many things those pained Chiru and his family. The only reason was Sirish has got the security of Srija.

But now Srija filed a domestic violence case against Sirish much to the surprise of many. Since Srija got into the fold of her parents, now none can help Sireesh obviously.

It is being said that Sireesh is being advised by Chiru and Co to settle the issue and go away from the life of Srija for ever. They are ready to pay something for getting out from Chiru family. It is also being said that Sireesh will be threatened if he goes to court and media.

That is the danger for a common man while getting into relation with financial biggies, say many. We have to see what Sireesh will do now.

Sirish rejected bail in Srija case

Sirish Bharadwaj, the “villain-husband” of Srija, the younger daughter of Chiranjeevi, cannot escape going to jail.

The 8th additional metropolitan sessions court on Thursday refused to grant anticipatory bail to Sirish stating that he has to undergo the trial as the case filed under Section 498 (A) of the IPC was of serious nature.

The police filed the case against Sirish on March 14, following a complaint from Srija. Though he was reportedly taken into custody for interrogation, the police have bee claiming that Sirish has gone absconding since then, trying for an anticipatory bail.

However, the court granted conditional bail to Sirish’s mother Suryamangala, against whom there were no direct charges. Suryamangala has to appear before the police for interrogation whenever it is essential, the court said.

Initially, there were reports that the police were trying to bring about a compromise between Srija and Sirish, since it would damage her own life, but Srija was said to be adamant on getting Sirish arrested.

Abuses And Sympathies On Srija!!

The most talked about subject in the film circuit and in the kitty party circles is the Srija- Sirish issue. Incidentally, many high profile ladies are discussing on this and mixed opinions are coming on Srija for her act of filing a complaint against Sirish on charges of dowry harassment.

Most of the ladies feel that Srija is an attention seeking drama queen who is craving for publicity by humiliating people publicly. They recall how she went ahead and portrayed her dad Chiranjeevi as the villain during her wedding time. Now, she has turned her guns towards Sirish and is telling the whole world about his and his mom’s harassment.

On the other hand, there are few other ladies who feel that Srija is right in what she is doing and expressing their sympathies. They feel that Srija got stuck with a gold digger and due punishment should be given out to Sirish. Only time will tell who is right and who is wrong.

On the other hand, Vidya a newly wed said “Though it took her a while, Srija has understood Sirish is not what she expected to be and has come back to her parents, the reregistering of her properties to parents is commendable”.

Sumit, an IT professional said “I think it is the mega family which is responsible for this. I feel relatives have been brainwashing Srija about Sirish and exploiting her emotionally since the mega family was not that welcoming towards her”.

Prajit, a bank employee said “whatever the situation, it is wrong on Sirish’s part to do something like this with Srija. Maybe Srija could have also tried talking it out with him but it appears that this is happening since long and she has had enough of it”.

Radhika is a housewife and she says “Srija is a perfect woman, she is taking decisions on her own at every point of her life and moving forward, that should be the spirit”.

Sangeetha, a government employee said “it is not advisable for Srija to approach the police as she must realize it is more of her family reputation at stake than her husband’s. Okay, I truly appreciate her guts in doing this but then, coming from such a noted family, she should have thought twice and worked another alternative”.

Sarvani, a member of an NGO said “I support Srija in whatever she is doing. If she had the guts to go against her father for the man she loved, I am sure she is right in going against the same man who is trying to exploit the relationship. She is a perfect woman”.

Srija Gives Clean Chit To Father-In-Law

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter Srija might have lodged a complaint with the Central Crime Station police against her husband Sirish Bharadwaj and mother-in-law for harassing and torturing her physically for more dowry.

But she is believed to have given a clean chit to her father-in-law Ramana Murthy. “He is a gentleman and has not said any bad word about me. He used to treat me as his daughter,” Srija told the police in her complaint.

Srija said she used to inform her parents about the alleged harassment by Sirish and his mother through e-mails regularly. But, the police did not believe her version so easily as there were several contradictions in her complaint. They asked her to produce the transcript of the e-mails and the replies from her parents as evidence. So far, she could not produce the same, it is learnt.

The police are said to be trying to bring a compromise between Srija and Sirish, rather than going in for breaking of the marriage.

Sirish Bharadwaj: My FIL 'Emotionally Blackmailed' Srija?

The most talked about topic in filmnagar right now is the tiff between Srija- Sirish Bharadwaj which has gone to the cops. Well, speculation and analysis has already begun on where this is going to go and most of them feel that Sirish will be facing the music not just from the law but also from Srija’s family.

Ram Charan bashed Sirish Bharadwaj

Physical training of Ram Charan in Barter's Gym (Miami) has come helpful for his sister Srija in bashing up Sirish Bharadwaj. The latest buzz in tinsel town is criminal cases filed by Srija on husband Sirish Bharadwaj on the charges of dowry harassment and dowry prohibition act. Apparently, Srija stayed away from husband last one week when he started abusing with a demand to bring Rs.50 Lakhs as dowry from father Chiranjeevi. The point of suspicion is Sirish and his mother assaulted Srija physically that made Ram Charan to rage in fire and shiver ferociously with anger. The young blood of Cherry and affection towards his sister needlessly boiled resulting in a cruel warning. Gossipmongers say Ram Charan called Sirish over phone last night issuing a fatal threat and bashed him with un-parliamentary words that fell like lump in his throat. It would be better if Sirish stays away from Mega Fans too.

What went wrong between Srija and Sirish?

Different versions are being heard in the broken marriage episode of Srija, daughter of megastar-turned-politician Chiranjeevi and her husband Sirish Bharadwaj.

In fact, it was surprising and shocking for those who know about Srija and Sirish.

In an exclusive interview with TV-9 on Valentine’s Day last month, Srija spoke very high about Sirish, saying he was the most lovable, jovial and caring husband who goes out of the way to help people. There was not a single complaint from her against him. And both of them appeared to be very friendly while talking to the media.

So, what would have gone wrong in a span of one month?

According to one version, Sirish has been a flamboyant character with lot of connections in page-3 circles and a regular party goer. Srija has been avoiding this because she does not want to be looked with curiosity by people because of her parents. For quite some time, Srija appeared to be missing her parents and the family very much; and after the recent marriage of Allu Arjun, where Srija was not invited, she felt very bad about it. She had a quarrel with Sirish on this and that led to the complete collapse of the relationship. She called up her mother and returned to her last week. And Chiranjeevi said she would be accepted back in the family only if she breaks the marriage with Sirish. That was one version.

The second version is known to everybody; that Sirish is not as innocent as he appears to be. He is very ambitious guy and he had trapped Srija, only after knowing that Chiru had kept properties worth more than Rs 200 crore in her name. However, at the time of marriage, Srija transferred the properties back to her parents, saying she wanted to lead a simple life with Sirish. However, she did not disclose the same to her husband. It was only recently that Sirish came to know about it and then began the quarrel. That led to the broken marriage.

Srija Story Similar To That Of Jamuna's Daughter!

The “broken-marriage” episode of Praja Rajyam Party president K Chiranjeevi’s daughter Srija resembles that of Sravanthi, daughter of yesteryears’ glamour queen Jamuna.

Like Sravanthi, Srija, too, had an inter-caste marriage with Sirish Bharadwaj (who belongs to Brahmin community); the only difference is that Sravanthi had convinced her parents to perform the marriage, whereas Srija had eloped with Sirish against parents’ wishes.

Both the girls were happy till they gave birth to children – Sravanthi had a son, while Srija gave birth to a baby girl.

Trouble started only later and both of them had complained to the police against their husbands alleging that they were being harassed for more dowry.

Sravanthi complained to the police that her husband Rahul Reddy wanted that Jamuna transferred her house in his name; and Srija, too, alleged that Sirish was harassing her demanding transfer of properties in his name. Both the girls said their husbands had turned sadists.

Interestingly, in both the cases, the parents had accepted their daughters back into their house and proceeded against their sons-in-law. And in both the cases, the boys had planned to enter the film industry using their in-laws’ influence: Rahul wanted to become an actor, whereas Sirish, who managed to become Censor Board member, wanted to make it big through film making!
