There is a time and place to say anything and that is mandatory when it comes to small screen or big screen programs. However, it appears that the veteran cinematographer S Gopal Reddy didn’t seem to realize that while he was engrossed in the contest of aspiring beauties.
We are talking about the Lux ‘Dream Girl’ contest which happened recently and this was aired on the Gemini TV recently. Gopal Reddy was one of the judges and he was joined by director Hemant Madhukar, starlets Tashu Kaushik, Sneha, Mumaith Khan in the panel.
After one girl danced, Gopal Reddy’s comments were “You danced well… your ‘figure’ is also good…but there is not much energy.” The ladies who were watching the show on TV were taken aback a little. They said “His observations are alright but his choice of words is improper. How can he use the word ‘figure’? if the lady judges said that its ok but being a senior man, Gopal Reddy saying that doesn’t look decent.” Wonder what the cinematographer has to say to this..

Already there is much bad name for the guys working in Film Industry regarding their costly habits and affairs. Guys like this ‘cinematographer’ stand as an example for such remarks, clearing the clouds in audience’s brains. Surprised! Well, here is the story.
The other day, this cinematographer was traveling in a train from Mumbai to Hyderabad in first a/c. Some onlookers identified him and competed with each other to shake a hand with him. In the process, a source of ours too went ahead for his autograph but the crowd never allowed him as he returned disappointed. The enthusiastic guy went late in the evening to meet our popular ‘cinematographer’. Our guy got shocked when he found c’grapher in a compromising position with a popular actress, who plays character artist roles in Telugu Industry. Though our source decided to return silently, the creative of eye that cameraman noticed him before scolding him blue. While you are indulging in all those illegal and unethical acts, why to scold an enthusiastic fan sir! Did you felt like intrusion of privacy?
