Rajamouli Vs Vinayak Vs Meher Ramesh

Role models and inspirations are a common feature in the film industry. And the common statement you hear from many aspirants are “I want to become a director/producer/hero like him.” Well, right now, there are few noted names in the Tollywood directorial circuit and an analysis of sorts has been chalked between them. We are talking about S S Rajamouli, V V Vinayak and Meher Ramesh. Each director has their own calibre but what if they were to be compared, lets see..

According to a recent opinion taken from the cine fraternity and the audience, the unanimous feeling is that for Meher Ramesh to reach the league of V V Vinayak, he must take atleast 100 steps. For Vinayak to reach the league of Rajamouli, he must take atleast 200 steps. The best example for this hypothesis is their recent flicks - Shakti, Badrinath, Magadheera respectively. It is obvious that Ramesh’s Shakti, Vinayak’s Badrinath have been inspirations from Rajamouli’s Magadheera but Rajamouli’s inspiration is his own.

Keeping inspiration aside, for becoming a successful film maker, it is important to have indepth knowledge of the subject chosen, attention to detail, giving the right kind of dramatism to each scene, involving the audience into the film right from the start etc. these are few qualities which Rajamouli holds to a large extent and that’s why he has a strong connect with all genres of audience. As for Vinayak, he has good command over the pace of the film but most of the times, his content is masala oriented with many cinematic liberties, this appeals to the commercial audience.

Meher Ramesh can be tagged as a good technician but not a good story teller. His films like ‘Kantri’ ‘Billa’ ‘Shakti’ show a fair amount of technical standard but content and narration is really stale. Moreover, there is often a mass flavour observed in his treatment despite coming up with regular family oriented flicks.

Overall, Rajamouli has set a new benchmark be it family, commercial or mass oriented films and it can be said that Vinayak to an extent has the potential to reach Rajamouli’s standards. But Meher Ramesh needs a good amount of grooming if he has to make a mark as an efficient movie maker.

'Silk Industry' still worries Meher Ramesh

'Silk Industry' still worries Meher Ramesh
Disastrous 'Shakti' made this filmmaker bend his head before every Tom and Harry. A quick glance at his three huge budgeted flicks proves simply that he is not effective in getting back the producer's investment. In this connection, here is the 'Silk Industry' news that worries him.

Apparently, Meher Ramesh seems very intelligent guy who can trap any producer easily though his films are not big success. For the same reason, he is fondly called as 'Silk Industry' aka 'Pattu Parisrama' expert. That's all about the conviction that is in popular about this director. Now, it is heard that another producer has fallen in the net of Meher Ramesh. News is spreading in Film Nagar that Meher is going to direct a film with flop hero Nitin in the lead. Insiders revealed that, Meher is quite worried about the 'compliments' he is getting regarding the 'pattu parisrama' thing.

Badrinath sailing in Shakti ship!

Badrinath sailing in Shakti ship!
'Badrinath' is one of the few high budget films which were started immediately after the humongous success of 'Magadheera'. Industry sources claim that, Allu Aravind has spent lavishly on this movie. The production cost of 'Badrinath' is rumored to be around 45 crore rupees.

When Allu camp is feeling that 'Badrinath' will be one more 'Magadheera', neutral audience are busy in drawing comparisons between 'Badrinath' and 'Shakti'. Even 'Shakti' was made with the inspiration of Magadheera. Jr NTR did the role of a warrior in it. 'Badrinath' too looks similar to 'Magadheera' in this aspect.

'Shakti' was released simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam. Ashwini Dutt did that mainly to recover the huge money spent on it. Allu Aravind too is releasing 'Badrinath' in other languages only to recover as much as he can. This act of desperation shows Dutt and Aravind's lack of confidence on their product. When 'Magadheera' made around 70 crores business only in Telugu why would 'Shakti' or 'Badrinath' need other markets support to recover the investment? Point to be noted your honor!

Meher Ramesh's Net On Allu Arjun

The mention of his name is sending shivers down the spine of many producers and actors in the Tollywood circuit. Bringing up his topic is resulting in long list of abuses from the distributor network and the audiences as well. He is none other than Meher Ramesh and here is something on this director.

It is heard that after coming up with a dud in the form of ‘Shakti’, Ramesh is reportedly preparing a net to catch Allu Arjun. However, buzz is that Bunny has got a whiff of it and is escaping carefully without falling into the net of Ramesh. However, the cine folks say that the director has this unique talent of catching the big guns and that’s why he managed to get NTR Junior, Aswini Dutt and others.

A noted cine director said “Meher has cast a spell of fear among the cine folks and with the rumor that he is trying to approach Bunny, the mega camp is on alert. As such, Bunny is sharp and has people who can divert Ramesh but only time will tell how long this will last and who will give up.”

Puri-Magic missing in Assistant's hand!

Puri-Magic missing in Assistant's hand!
Ace director Puri Jagannadh is one of the finest directors of Telugu cinema to have his own style of treating the stories. Right from his 'Idiot' to the latest 'Golimaar', all of his movies have a different flavor to entertain both class and mass.

However, the same kind of magic is missing in the hands of Meher Ramesh who assisted Puri in superhit films like 'Pokiri' and 'Desamuduru'. In all the three films he made, Meher looks like blowing same pipe with different tunes. The entire three commercial flicks he made, 'Kantri', 'Billa' and 'Shakti' are caught in the web of 'flops'. They left smiles on producer's face however, without making any loss although no profit. Despite of all his sick flicks, Meher's extra ordinary talent is to pull out producers to invest on him. Buzz is that Geetha Arts signed a film with Meher to direct Allu Arjun in an upcoming venture.

Businessman's Daughter Curses 'Shakti' Director

Ever since the film ‘Shakti’ was in the making, many were apprehensive about the directorial abilities of Meher Ramesh. Much to their fears, the film turned out to be a colossal disaster and since then, he is being bombarded right from the Nandamuri fans to the regular audience.

Now, it is heard that a businessman’s daughter has also aimed her guns on Meher and she is no ordinary girl. We are talking about Lakshmi Pranathi, Studio N owner Narne Srinivas’s daughter and fiancée of Junior NTR. Apparently, sources say Lakshmi was miffed with the director after watching ‘Shakti’ with great anticipation.

Incidentally, if the film was getting a super hit before their marriage then it would have been a cheerful moment but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Sources close to Narne family reveal Lakshmi felt that Meher Ramesh is the cause for the flop and was disappointed with him.

Ileana gives death blow to Shakti

Ileana gives death blow to Shakti
So far the amplitude of Shakti’s disaster is uncalculated. As heroine of the film Ileana turned against the director Meher Ramesh, devastation is to be further increased. Movie is released on April 1st and miserable run is still continuing with decreasing crowds at all theatres. The total collapse of 'Shakti' made Ileana to open her mouth.

Confusing story with no head and no tail is to be blamed on Meher Ramesh. According to Ileana, when she is not satisfied with the final outcome of film, how could she promote it asking the audience to go and watch the film? That is why, slender beauty stayed away from publicity sprint of 'Shakti'.

"I wasn't positive about 'Shakti', so I didn’t speak much about it in any event. I'm not a hypocrite to smile and tell people to watch the movie, when I myself not convinced," says Ileana.

Meher Ramesh's first characterization narration to Ileana is completely different from what he portrayed in the film. Addition of too many other things spoiled it and Ileana is unhappy with this. "Before signing on the dotted lines, story of Shakti was different. During the shooting everything changed. Differences between narrated ones and final shaped up ones are clearly seen on the screen," said Ileana giving the death blow to 'Shakti'.

Meher Ramesh Expertise In Pattu Parisrama

Director Meher Ramesh will always be remembered by the Tollywood folks and the audience. Well, for starters, he has the credit of coming up with creating duds out of promising movies like ‘Kantri’ ‘Billa’ and ‘Shakti’. Many are now waiting to see what he is going to come up with next.

While many are wondering will he get a producer again, those who know Meher Ramesh well say that is not a big problem for him. A source who has worked closely with Ramesh reveals “Meher knows how to catch a producer’s feet. He is an ace at ‘Producers ni Pattu kovadam (catching producers)’.”

The source also added “He does hard work in catching hold of vulnerable producers and getting his work done but doesn’t work enough to create proper content and subject for a film. However, his ‘Pattu (catching) Parisrama (hardwork)’ talent is unique and that’s what has been getting him along in the industry.” let us see which producer becomes the next Bakra.

Meher Ramesh 'Paithyam' insults Jr NTR

Meher Ramesh 'Paithyam' insults Jr NTR
There has been numerous instances when fans of other heroes shown their hatred on Nandamuri clan. I Hate Balayya and other morphed picture websites went under the scrutiny after complaint from Balakrishna. As a counter and satire on Junior NTR's A1 Star title and Rudra dress code in Shakti, some of anti Nandamuri fans adjusted the face of Brahmanandam for Jr NTR and titled as B1 Star.

Though cyber creativity has no bounds but Nandamuri fans are feeling hard to digest the criticism on Shakti. It is direct war with Meher Ramesh's Paithyam in designing such a worthless character and costume for NTR and insult is the only final result. Pray that heroes take sufficient care from now on wards.

Good & Bad - Teen Maar & Shakti

Good & Bad - Teen Maar & Shakti
Ask any of the Nandamuri fans on who should take the total blame of disastrous 'Shakti'. The answer is one and it is Meher Ramesh. This copycat director has brought down image of Jr NTR many steps down with his childish treatment that made producer Ashwini Dutt to get big holes in his pocket. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, Meher Ramesh is the biggest minus and bad man for 'Shakti' that is ready to leave the theatres with in second week.

Next star release after 'Shakti' that is to arrive in theatres within few days is 'Teen Maar' from Pawan Kalyan. Apparently expectations are running high while the special tag of Trivikram Srinivas attached to this film is considered biggest positive adding more to the good publicity. As Pawan Kalyan and director Jayant C Paranjee are on the flop run, it is the name and fame of Trivikram Srinivas in preparing good scripts that could optimally help 'Teen Maar' create new records.

Macho Hero behind Ileana's extras

Macho Hero behind Ileana's extrasAlready the news is out that Ileana is not at all co-operating with 'Shakti' movie's team for promotion. The issue went up to a complaint in Producer’s council and a notice was said to be served to this hip-beauty. Here is an interesting reason behind her non-cooperation acts.

Apparently, the makers of Jr NTR's 'Shakti' went into a tiff with Producer Suresh Babu for the alleged leak of 'Shakti' story by a publicist of Rana. The whole unit including Jr NTR and director Meher Ramesh went gaga over Ramanaidu and co., is known news. However, macho hero Rana is now said to be advising his close pal Ileana not to oblige with 'Shakti' team, as he wants revenge on people who spoke tough with his father.

The rapport between Rana and Ileana has grown up outsized during the making of their 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi'. But, industry people are asking how far the sexy beauty can do such things with the support of this budding hero. Well, the answer must be left to Ileana only!

Ileana booked under P-Case!

Ileana booked under P-Case!Very common phenomena in the industry for our top-league heroines is to work only for 'notes', without any ethics. One such hot hour-glass beauty is none other than Ileana, who can go to any extent from backless to bikini if large bucks are dumped in her account.

With big movies like 'Shakti' and 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi' in her hand, this hip-beauty is on cloud nine before shocking producers with her remuneration demands. However, the heroine is not at all available to help ailing 'Shakti', as it is tumbling at the BO. As per reports, producer Ashwini Dutt tried his level best to rope in Ileana to promote the flick.

Other than Jr NTR, Meher Ramesh and Manjari Fadhnis, our Goan-beauty never ever came to pressmeets of 'Shakti'. Dismayed Ashwini Dutt, complained Non-cooperation for Promotion Case on Ileana at both Producer's Council and Movie Artists Association. Insiders shared that Ileana has also received a legal notice from authorities seeking explanation and the beauty's phone is switched off.

Ashwini Dutt's 'Over Estimation' On Shakti

Doubts are rising in Film nagar such as, whether Aswini Dutt estimated that India will lose to Pakistan in Semifinals? Is that why he got courageous and released his film one day before the finals?. It is known that if India enters the final, the entire nation will be glued to the television sets. It is also known that the theatres will go empty on that day.

Despite knowing that there is a danger like this, if Aswini Dutt has released ‘Shakti’ on April 1st, the cine folks feel that he strongly believed India will lose against Pakistan at any cost. That way, when the entire nation was busy doing prayers and poojas, Aswini Dutt secured a special identity by hoping and expecting India’s defeat.
However, it remains to be seen how much truth is there in this. But then, the big question is why did NTR support Aswini Dutt in all this? By any chance, did he also feel the same like Dutt? Oh…God!!!

Directors testing audience's patience!

Directors testing audience's patience!
These are days where audiences are expecting creative intelligence to make a flick create records at the BO. To fulfill their desires, film makers are coming up with unique content to mint money. While some are clicking, others are evaporating in the air in the first week of their release.

Trends changed with the advent of young and energetic hero Ram Charan's 'Magadheera'. Director Rajamouli etched the best out of Ram Charan for a superb content with his creative vision and artistic taste. After seeing the grand success of 'Magadheera', many directors took the same way to score an equivalent hit. First to come is veteran director Raghavendra Rao Son, Prakash's 'Anaganaga O Dheerudu'. Touted to be a fantasy flick, no part of the movie enchanted the audience despite of the big tags like Disney, Siddharth, Shruti Hassan attached with it. The flick tested the patience of audience before joining the group of below average grosser.

Then, there comes this 'Shakti', directed by Meher Ramesh that has Jr NTR in the lead. Though the movie starts on a powerful note with interesting 'Shakti Peetam' concept, the plot lacks depth alongside pale narration. The high openings received by 'Shakti' cannot pull the entire investment of producer Ashwini Dutt back is the bottom line for this flick. Now, Allu Arjun's flick 'Badrinath' under the direction of VV Vinayak is coming to test the serenity of movie-lovers. When will our directors show their originality rather than torturing audience with their copy-cat ideas, is a million dollar question that is to be answered.

Director made Jr NTR April Fool!!!

Director made Jr NTR April Fool!!!
Right now, this is the talk of industry, with Jr NTR's grandly released grandeur of Telugu Cinema shaking no stone at the Box Office. Much publicized as the biggest budgeted flick of Telugu film history, 'Shakti' is no where to reach the heights of Ram Charan's 'Magadheera', as per critics.

Striking all those illogical chords right from the first scene, 'Shakti' looks pale in execution though it is supported by good content and superior star-cast. Meher Ramesh proved nothing with his copy cat narrations and visuals, before making Nandamuri fans upset for the second time after 'Parama Veera Chakra'. One question that confuses the minds of audience is how Jr NTR would accept such flicks that spoil his image. Possibly, Junior might have been tricked by Meher Ramesh's powerful script-narration off-screen that lacked no depth on-screen. At the end of day, Jr NTR is the man to become a big fool on 'Fools Day' with the movie that aimed to beat 'Magadheera' making no noise at all.

Jr NTR is directing on Shakti records

Jr NTR directing on Shakti recordsProducer Ashwini Dutt addressed the media on Shakti's budget and possibility of creating new records in Tollywood. The records are straight set on the target of 'Magadheera'. Along with number of 100 days centers, 50 days centers, opening collections and total revenue; everything related to Shakti is meant to rewrite 'Magadheera' pushing it to second position.
No wonders because NTR has that strong hold on records. And internal talk is that Jr NTR is directing Ashwini Dutt and Meher Ramesh in compiling final list of theatres, number of prints to be dispatched to overseas and other record oriented matters. Perhaps the confidence shown by Jr NTR on 'Shakti' might make this either a safe project or a new magnum opus for Telugu audience.

Meher Ramesh's ugly mistakes in Shakti

Meher Ramesh's ugly mistakes in Shakti
When style is the buzz word ruling TFI, director Meher Ramesh hasn't taken any care in designing the costumes of Jr NTR for Shakti. There is unique criticism in market on ordinary look of NTR, who made it to top with youthful looks in 'Brindavanam'. As 'Shakti' is arriving very next to hit film 'Brindavanam', fans of Nandamuri hero expected a bright appearance but disappointed.

Along with costumes, till today the title of 'A1 Star' appearing in trailers for Jr NTR is not gelling well in fans circles. Director Meher Ramesh is requested by Nandamuri fans to call Jr NTR only as 'Young Tiger' and not 'A1 Star'. These two ugly attempts of Meher done with an intention to increase the craze around 'Shakti' didn't work in his favor. In return, 'Shakti' publicity is receiving negative feedback with these two mistakes.

Meher Ramesh Made Jr NTR A 'Buffoon'

The announcement that ‘Shakti’ was becoming the costliest film in Tollywood brought cheers to many of the Jr NTR fans. However, all their spirits got dampened when they heard that it was being directed by Meher Ramesh. The frank opinion by many is that Meher doesn’t have the material or the ability of a talented director.

Now, true to the views expressed by many, Meher Ramesh seems to have made a mess out of ‘Shakti’. More than that, the Nandamuri fans are now worried on the way Junior NTR’s character has been etched and the image projection he has been given. Recently, few stills of the film were released and those who saw it were in shock.

They said “It is painful to say this but Junior looks like a buffoon in the get up of a warrior. That hair wig… that pant… that total outfit, it looks like Meher wanted to save money and he designed and stitched the costumes for junior with his own hands. Gosh…he looks awful!!” Now, many fear if the film also is shaped up like this by Meher Ramesh. Only April 1st will give the truth!!

Meher Ramesh too to direct Allu Arjun

We have already reported that Allu Arjun would resume shooting in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas soon after his return from honeymoon.

The latest buzz from the Film Nagar is that Meher Ramesh, who is presently busy with ‘Shakthi’ is expressing his wish to direct Stylish Star. A big production house had come forward to produce the movie.

Allu Arjun’s latest film ‘Badrinath’ is most likely to hit the screens in May.

Meher Ramesh Making Jr NTR Weak

The costliest film ever made in the history of Telugu cinema is ‘Shakti’ and this has Junior NTR in the lead while Meher Ramesh is the director. While the budget, hype, brand value etc is going fine so far, the flip side seems to be a growing concern in the cine circuit. Well, many say that the biggest concern for the film is Meher Ramesh himself.

On the other hand, Meher came up with a new stint which has posed a threat to junior’s image as well. Apparently, the director has coined a new title to NTR and is calling him ‘A1 Star’. Well, this has not gone one bit nice with the Nandamuri fans and they are urging to stop using that title at once.

Some are feeling that it is sounding like the name of a rejected Maruti car model. As a result, some are fuming that Meher Ramesh is making NTR weak with his creativity. But then, if Meher doesn’t prove his mettle at the box office with ‘Shakti’ then the
