'Maya Memsaab' Sequel With More Nude Scenes?

The year 1992 saw a major controversy and sensation. The reason for that was the release of a film called ‘Maya Memsaab’. The film had nude scenes and the basic subject of the film involved adultery of an older woman with a younger man who happened to be none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The title role was essayed by Deepa Sahi and she happens to be the wife of Ketan Mehta.

As such, Ketan Mehta was tagged as a revolutionary because he made his wife act in a bold film. Eventually, he also produced movies like ‘Rang Rasiya’ which had a good sense of eroticism. The cine folks say without nudity and glamour, Ketan doesn’t make movies. Now, a new talk has begun to make rounds.

Sources from Mumbai reveal that a sequel is being planned for ‘Maya Memsaab’ and they are considering Vidya Balan to do the title role. Buzz is that the sequel will have more nude scenes and some steamy lip lock sequences. However, what remains to be seen is whether Vidya will agree for the sequel or not.
