It is apparently stated in Sonu Sood’s contract that he will have to bare his chest at least thrice in the Telugu Dabangg.He laughs, “I can’t really talk about how much of my physique I've to show as Gabbar Singh but I have to say that I am not the least inhibited about my physique. In the Telugu remake I am bound to do a lot more bare-chested fights than in Hindi. Even in Bbuddha (the Amitabh Bachchan starrer) I’ve bare-chested fights with the villain Prakash Raj. It all started with Dabangg with Salman bhai. He patented the bare-chested hero.” When asked if it feels odd to be contractually bound to strip he adds, “As long as I've a good role the skin show comes with the territory.”

Rajinikanth’s Warning To Muscular Villain!!

When superstar Rajinikanth takes a decision on few things, no one in the Indian cinema circuit can dare say no to it. Then one can imagine how a muscular villain who is known for his powerful roles will go against him. As expected, even the villain had to tame down before the superstar.

Well, we are talking about Sonu Sood who is playing the lead villain in the new movie ‘Rana’. Sources say this is a period action film which is on the lines of the Hollywood blockbuster ‘300’ and Rajini’s role is on the lines of Gerard Butler. Now, it is heard that Rajini has given a strict instruction to Sonu.

Apparently, Rajini & co want Sonu to tone down his muscles but then Sonu is in a fix since he is doing the role of a very tough cop in Puri Jagannadh’s ‘Buddha’ which requires him to be completely fit. However, the chiseled hunk reportedly said that Rajini is a legend and recalled that he had no intentions of doing negative roles after ‘Dabangg 2’ but the superstar insisted. Sonu quips about what would happen if one says ‘no’ to Rajini.

Sonu is currently on cloud nine as he is getting to share screen space with Rajini in this and Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Buddha’ under the direction of Puri Jagannadh. It is heard that Rajini was keen to have Sonu after watching the actor’s performances in ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Arundhati’.

'Rana' is directed by K S Ravikumar and is touted to be the most expensive film ever made in India. Already, Deepika Padukone has been roped in as the leading lady and the music will be by A R Rahman. The film will be produced jointly by Eros International and Ocher Studios (headed by Soundarya Rajinikanth). Get set for this one folks.
