Rajini stated that he will entertain his fans as long as he can. “I will soon start shooting for Rana,” is the promise made by him in this letter.

Rajinikanth was discharged from the hospital and has moved to a luxury apartment in an up market Singapore area. Rajini will be staying there until he feels he is completely fit. Right now he is taking maximum rest as per doctors advice.

"It was your love that enabled me to recover and I will never forget your love. My only goal now is to entertain you. Soon I will return with Rana to make you happy," he added. Rajini was discharged from hospital earlier this week. His family said the actor is on a vacation and will return to India in July.

The press note released by state Government said this. ‘The 61-year-old actor greeted Jayalalitha saying the state had been ‘Saved’ after she won the April 13 polls by a massive mandate against DMK, thus becoming Chief Minister for the third time.’ It is already known that Jayalalitha assumed office after the massive victory over Karunanidhi. This statement from Rajini is considered as a ‘U’ Turn from what Super Star said exactly against her a few years back. Sources say that a lot of things have been changed in state since then and Rajini also seems to have been fed up with DMK rule. ‘I wanted to speak to her first after being discharged,’ said rajinikanth few minutes before the discharging. Rajinikanth discharged from Hospital in Singapore!

Great news! All you Superstar fans out there here is the good news. Superstar Rajini, who has been admitted in Mount Elizabeth Health Centre in Singapore, has been discharged today.

Rajini is going to stay in a ultra modern service apartment in Singapore which was rented by his family members. Rajini’s family is also planning a vacation soon after his periodical check ups gets completed. The doctors have asked Rajini to undergo periodical check ups and this made Rajini to stay back in Singapore for few more weeks. Right now Rajini is spending his day with some yoga, reading books and spending time with his family and grand children.

Rajini fans across the globe are celebrating by hearing this news and are happy that god has answered their prayers. The actor is very eager to meet his fans in Chennai and he is very keen in starting off the shoot of Rana, as it is his dream project. But he is going to join the unit only by September as his family and doctors have suggested him to take complete rest.
