Bharat Thakur's 'Colorful' Life Revealed

There have been gossips surrounding the relationship of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur from the past few weeks. Although Bhoomika condemned that, still gossip mongers have been spreading the wild news of 'split' mercilessly, foolishly and reasonlessly.

First a Mumbai based news daily broke the gossip. Then it came on to a popular Telugu News channel and from there it crawled on to websites with 'courtesies' to TV channel.

But here is the truth.

As a big slap for entire gossip mongers those tried to throw cold water on the marital relation of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur, the couple celebrated holi in a grand way a couple of days ago. The pics have come out from the well wishers of the couple.

So these pictures speak volumes about the 'colorful' marital bond of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur. What the gossip mongers say now? They can say nothing but shutting their mouths!! Curtains are now down for the dark gossips!!

Bhumika to divorce Bharat Thakur?

Rumours doing the rounds in tinsel town suggest Bhumika Chawla, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in Tere Naam (2003) and later married yoga guru Bharat Thakur, has filed for divorce. The couple tied the knot in October 2007.

A friend of Thakur’s was overheard saying that while the couple stays in Hyderabad, they have been living separately since March last year.

“At Bharat’s insistence, Bhumika started a production house with a Telugu film, Thakida Thakita. But it bombed, leading to losses amounting to a couple of crores. He also got her to invest in a business venture in Dubai but it’s not doing well. Last month, she filed a police complaint against him in Hyderabad,” says the friend.

Another Bollywood actor, on condition of anonymity, said he wasn’t surprised to hear this news. “Bharat is flamboyant while Bhumika prefers to keep a low profile. They’re as different as chalk and cheese, so most of their close friends were stunned to hear they got married,” he recalls.

However, Chawla maintains that they “are absolutely fine and happily married.” She adds, “It’s like Chinese Whispers. One paper writes something without proof and others follow. We are fine, thank God.” The actor says that she was in Dubai with Thakur for two months and is currently in Mumbai as her mother underwent a heart surgery recently.

Another friend of the Chawla family declined to talk about the divorce but confirmed that the couple has been having differences for a while now.
