The most talked about family of Telugu Cinema Industry is on the verge of dividing as per Film Nagar talks. Caste based divisions are said to be shaking the family before a feud started over sharing of assets. Apparently, top people from different castes have taken sides on behalf of Mohan Babu's kin and kith. Vishnu and his wife Veronica are enjoying the fullest support of Reddy clan, as this flop-hero's wife hails from the same clan. On the other side Manoj is being patronized by top Kamma and Kapu clans. Hailing from Kamma clan, Manoj has good base in Kapus too and this could be due to his friendship with Allu Arjun. Finally, Lakshmi Prasanna is the one who cannot join any side as her husband Andy Srinivasan is a converted Christian from Brahmin. Anyhow, Lakshmi always stays with her younger brother and the recent movie launch function is an evidence of this. Film Nagar talk is that other than rifts regarding share of assets, this caste based biasing is playing a key role in the partition of Mohan Babu's 'Star' Kids.

ఇటీవల తాప్సీ గురించి వార్తలు రకరకాలుగా వస్తూనే ఉన్నాయి. మోహన్‌బాబు ఫ్యామిలీతో ఆమెకున్న అనుబంధాన్ని గుర్తుచేస్తూ కథనాలు వస్తున్నాయి. "ఝుమ్మంది నాదం" చిత్రంద్వారా తాప్సీ చలనచిత్రరంగానికి పరిచయమై ఇప్పుడు తమిళ రంగంలోనూ రాణిస్తోంది. 

మంచు వంశం ఇద్దరి కొడుకులతో హీరోయిన్‌గా నటించింది. అయితే.. ఇక్కడే ఓ ట్విస్ట్‌ ఉంది. మోహన్‌బాబు కూడా ఆమెతో నటించాలనే కోరికను వ్యక్తం చేశాడు. ఈ పాయింట్‌ బేస్‌ చేసుకుని ఓ ఛానల్‌ మోహన్‌బాబు‌కు నో చెప్పిందంటూ.. తెగ ప్రచారం చేసి ఆమె నటించిన చిత్రాల గురించి తెగ వేసేశాయి. లక్ష్మీప్రసన్నతో ఆమె చాలా చనువుగా ఉండేదంటూ కూడా చెప్పేశాయి. 

ఇటీవలే లక్ష్మీప్రసన్న ఛాంబర్‌లో తాప్సీపై ఫిర్యాదు చేసిందనీ, తమనుకున్న అగ్రిమెంట్‌ ప్రకారం ఆమె ఇంకా చిత్రాలు చేయాలనేది సారాంశం. ఏదిఏమైనా ప్రస్తుతం తాప్సీ వారికి దూరంగా ఉంది. ఈ విషయం టీవీల్లో వచ్చేసరికి లక్ష్మీప్రసన్న ఇలా చేయిస్తుందని భావించినట్లు అనుకుందేమో వెంటనే... ఫోన్‌ చేసి... ఏడ్చేసిందట. ఈ విషయాన్ని లక్ష్మీ స్వయంగా చెప్పింది.

గత కొద్దిరోజుల క్రితం మంచు లక్ష్మిప్రసన్నకు ముక్కుపై బలమైన గాయం తగిలింది. తన సోదరుడు విష్ణు యు.ఎస్‌. వెళ్ళి తిరిగి వస్తున్నట్లు తెలియగానే ఎయిర్‌పోర్టుకు వెళ్లేందుకు ఇంటిలో మెట్లు పైనుంచి హడావుడిగా దిగుతూ జారి పడిపోయింది. 

దీంతో ముక్కుకు తీవ్రమైన గాయమైంది. రక్త స్రావమయింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని పెద్దగా ప్రచారం చేయకూడదంటూనే ఆమె సన్నిహితులు ఆంగ్ల పత్రికలకు చెప్పారు. అయితే ఇటీవలే మంచు మనోజ్‌ పుట్టిన రోజున మాత్రం బయటకు వచ్చింది. 

ప్రస్తుతం శస్త్రచికిత్స జరపాలని గాయం లేకుండా కవర్‌ చేసేందుకు ప్లాస్టిక్‌ సర్జరీ చేయించాలని డాక్టర్లు సలహా ఇచ్చారట.

War between Taapsee and Manchu Lakshmi

There's an underground cold war taking place between Taapsee and Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna. Inside reports say that Taapsee and Manchu Lakshmi are not having best of the times and there's are some contrasting perceptions between the two. So what went wrong between Manchu Lakshmi and Taapse?

Well, it was Manchu family who introduced Tapsee to Telugu film industry through Jhummandhi Naadam movie, directed by K Raghavendra Rao. However, Manchu Lakhsmi asked Taapsee to sign a contract agreement for four movies, for which Taapsee agreed. Later, Tapsee signed Manchu Vishnu's 'Vasthaadu Naa Raju', which was also a disaster and Taapsee is ought to two films with Manchu family. So with 2 movies already a washout, Taapsee is now afraid that even the remaining two movies will also be a disaster.

Freshly, Manchu Lakshmi asked Tapsee to feature in another movie in Manchu family and Taapsee said “Sorry”. And this has annoyed Manchu Lakshmi who has reportedly approached the Film Chamber and the Movie Artistes' Association to settle the matter, but they rejected Manchu Lakshmi's please since Taapsee is not a member of either associations. So what's the way out now for Manchu Lakshmi!

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy are like opposite poles in the Andhra politics. Those who like Chandrababu Naidu definitely hate Jagan; and those who support Jagan strongly oppose Naidu.

But here is the person who loves both Naidu and Jagan. She is Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, the beautiful daughter of actor-producer-director Mohan Babu. Participating in a chat show with a television channel, Lakshmi went ga ga over Chandrababu Naidu. “In my half an hour interaction with him, I was amazed with his personality. He is the only leader that has a clarity and vision about the state. He is so straightforward and oozing with ideas,” she said.

When it was pointed out that her father Mohan Babu had differed with Naidu and came out of the Congress party, Lakshmi said: “that was the past. My father is also very much fond of Naidu,” she said.

Asked about her impression on Jagan, Lakshmi was all praise for him.

“I appreciate his guts and the way he has taken up the challenge to stand on his own feet. I am floored by the way he impresses the people,” she said.

How can she like both the leaders who are diagonally opposite to each other? Lakshmi’s answer is simple: “I am an outsider to politics. So, I like the qualities in both.”

She also made it clear that though she is closer to YSR family by virtue of the relationship (her brother Vishnu is married to YSR’s neice Veronica), she has her own likings and dislikings in politics.

Actress – Producer – Anchor Lakshmi Manchu who is the daughter of veteran actor Mohan Babu has signed her new venture titled Gundello Godari. The movie is based on the period drama set in 1980s. She is not only acting but also producing the movie. It is directed by newcomer Kumar. The pre-production of the movie has started.

According to the sources, Lakshmi has approached Music Director Ilaiyaraaja for the composition of the songs and good tunes for the movie. All the important crew members like Lakshmi, her director and the music director all are together at Munnar, Kerala. They are there to finalize the tunes. Lakshmi arranged this tour to get the best tunes from Ilayaraaja and all will return in a week.

Lakshmi’s first hit Jhummandi Naadham as a producer was a musical hit and that’s the reason she wants her new flick to be even better.
