The intense director Deva Katta is currently busy with the commencement of the film ‘Autonagar Surya’ and it is known news that Naga Chaitanya is the hero in this. However, here is an interesting tidbit about the film which reveals about considering Ramcharan Tej for the project. Sources say ‘Autonagar Surya’ was first planned with Ramcharan Tej and Deva Katta approached him.
Even after listening to the story, Ramcharan said neither yes nor no for it. Deva Katta’s feeling was that the story fits for Ramcharan or Mahesh Babu. But both the heroes didn’t confirm anything. When Deva was in a fix, Suresh Babu intervened and proposed that Naga Chaitanya should do the film. Deva Katta also felt that the only choice left was Naga Chaitanya and hence took off the project with him.
Thus Naga Chaitanya became the hero for two movies with Vijayawada backdrop ‘Bezawada Rowdeelu’ and ‘Autonagar Surya’.http://infobin.in
