No Hopes On Venky's 'Bodyguard'

It has been quite a while since the film ‘Bodyguard’ has been on the floors and slowly but steadily, it is inching closer to the release date. However, not much Hulchul has been happening regarding the film despite the fact that it has a big star like victory Venkatesh.
 
The cine analysts say “Firstly, the familiarity factor is too high since this film has been remade into Tamil, Hindi. So, it is a challenge for director Gopichand Malineni to come up with something different and convincing which the Telugu audience has to connect.”
 
They add “Venky’s market has not been that great in the recent past owing to his spate of flops. So, buyers will think twice before taking up this project.” To add to the situation, it is heard that the team is not very happy with the way the entire film has shaped up so they have gone into re-shooting few scenes. Only time will reveal the fate of Venky’s ‘Bodyguard’.
