Andhala Khajana Ileana have a great regard for her mentor and director YVS Chowdary. The actress says she has depended a lot on YVS in the initial stage of her career, as she don't know anyone from the Tinsel Town. It was YVS, who taught her many acting tips during the filming of 'Devadas'. Though the unit members of 'Devadas' passed remarks on her for taking more number of takes, YVS backed her and also extracted the performance from her, as per the requirement of the film. It's a fact that, Ileana accepted to do the film 'Saleem' only because of YVS. She had taken a huge risk by pairing oppsite flop star Manchu Vishnu at the peak stage of her career. Though the film bombed, the actress has no regrets as she has her share of memorable moments during the shoot of the film. Ileana cherishes the moment YVS praised her during the shoot, on her matured performance as an actress. Ileana owes her success to YVS, but denies the link-up rumors. She calls it just a 'Guru-Shishya relationship'. |
