Kid’s dad joined Facebook….kid’s status update: dad on fb…wtf!! For this, Dad asked him what is WTF? Kid replies ‘Welcome To Facebook’.

Well, online chatting groups know what ‘wtf’ means…that’s ‘want to f---k’.

Lakshmi has tweeted this joke and it has attracted many. Though this joke has been making rounds since quite a while, due to Lakshmi’s publicity, it is getting famous. The twitter followers of the Manchu girl are waiting to see more of such light hearted quips from the long legged lass.

Rana Is Mad After Ileana!!!

Is Rana desperate for Ileana? The answer seems to be yes and that too from the mouth of Ileana herself. Having wrapped up her bit in ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi’ and proceeding to Ooty to be part of Shankar’s ‘3 Idiots’, Ileana posted like this in her twitter.

“Rana..working with you was loads of fun. Gonna miss the madness”. Saying this, she has revealed Rana has fallen for her. After getting the opportunity to pair up with Ileana in ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi’, Rana has been floating in air and news was making rounds on how he spent lakhs and lakhs of rupees trying to fulfil all wishes of Ileana and impress her.

Finally, the expenditure of Rana started working. We don’t know whether she is missing Rana or the costly gifts he gave her but Ileana has openly admitted that she is missing the madness he had for her.

Who Is Real Hero: KCR Or Gaddar Or Jagapathi Babu

Any film’s success always depends on the hero factor and how well he shoulders it throughout the duration. However, a dilemma has risen over the latest release ‘Jai Bholo Telangana’ and those who watched it are now trying to figure out who is the actual hero of the film. For now, there are three contenders- KCR, Gaddar, Jagapathi Babu. Each of them has played a key role in this project but here is an analysis on the topic.

For starters, KCR started a movement and though the basis for that is sheer politics, it has turned out to be a great movement. However, he was once the kingpin of this movement but it has gone beyond his control as many groups have risen seeing the potential in it. Today, KCR is used more like a reference panel but each group has its own agenda and motives in the name of Telangana movement.

As for the director N Shankar, he had a good chance to come up with something historical but he has not used it in the right way. If he was able to educate the audience on the essence of Telangana instead of a silly love story and unwanted offensive comments, then he would have marked a name for himself in history. Anyways, it looks obvious that he doesn’t have the brains for something ambitious like that and he seems to be a small time commercial thinker trying to take advantage of a sentiment and making a quick buck.

It is not sure why Jagapathi Babu took up this role but the positive side of it is, he has shown that regions are no barrier when it comes to cinema. However, the etching of his character was not that powerful and though he is the hero technically, he was unable to get the certificate from the audience.

So, the time has come for the real hero of the film. He is none other than Gaddar. This revolutionary ballad singer came up with ‘Podustunna poddu…’ and that single number was enough to put the crowds into frenzy. While youth got hysteric with the song, the energy levels of Gaddar and his thrust in vocals was enough to boost a mania beyond control. He may not be a success in politics but he sure is an icon in the Telangana area which was clearly visible with the audience response when they saw ‘Jai Bholo Telangana’. The major part of film’s success should be attributed to Gaddar.

Young Heroes Films In Tensions

At one point, they were the heartthrobs for all Telugu girls and were icons to the youth audience. At the box office, a hit was guarantee with their films. However, all that has changed and today they are into the list of struggling actors desperate to get one offer, leave alone score success.

We are talking about Tarun and Uday Kiran. Right now, both of them are in high tension. The reason for that is the suspense over the release of their films. While Tarun was to arrive with ‘Chukkalanti Abbayi Chakkanaina Ammaayi’, Uday was due with ‘Nuvvekadunte Nenakkadunta’.

Sources say that both films are complete and are lying the cans but there is no idea when they will come out. While some say that no one is coming forward to buy the films, others say that the makers are yet to clear few payments. Whatever it may be, the tension continues for Tarun and Uday and no one knows when things will change.

Bhumika Chawla To File For Divorce

Bhumika chawla is said to be on the verge of divorcing her husband Bharath Thakur as per sources.

The couple married in a gurudwara in Nasik in October 2007 and tried their best to get into the news headlines, to remain as celebrities.

Bharat had used Bhumika's money to set up a film magazine Mayanagar which was shut down in a few days. Besides their movie 'Thakita Thakita' also bombed badly leaving crores of rupees loss.

Then Bharat tried to set up Yoga schools in Dubai and allegedly swindled off a lot of her money and even had an affair with high profile socialite.

Sources said that Bharath Thakur developed some new relationship with a high profile client and this made Bhumika Thakur angry.

Though Bharat tried to convince Bhumika's parents that they are just rumours, she is believed to be pissed off with her and is filing for divorce.

'Prostitution Business' Behind Tollywood

There has been no privacy for any act either legal or illegal due to the media that is rampant these days. When any cop is getting the information that a heroine is indulging in fishy acts in any star hotel, he is keeping everything aside and going to the spot in the name of riding. The cops are also eager to appear on small screen talking about the incident to attract the attention of public.

Some cops are also trying to black mail and get some money out of the raid. It has become tension filled task for regular brothel houses as some cops are asking for huge bribes. Hence to avoid this entire stuff, some people are giving the color of movie office and carrying on flesh trade business.

When police raid happens, they can bluff stating that they are doing camera test for aspiring actresses. Some groups have started this kind of business but it is spoiling the image of entire Tollywood as well as the true aspiring artistes and technicians.

Pawan Kalyan In 'Basha' Remake?

There was a time when Pawan Kalyan was hailed for his unique style of performance, storyline and dialogue delivery. But the latest trend in him seems to indicate that he has taken the remake wheel just to rev up his box office records.

The latest we hear is that Pawan has signed up a film which deals with the story of a common man becoming a mafia don. Those who heard this are asking if he is doing the remake of ‘Basha’. On the other hand, Pawan is already busy with ‘Lovely’ which is slated to be a remake of the Bollywood hit ‘Love Aaj Kal’.

To add to it, Pawan recently announced his maiden production venture ‘Gabbar Singh’ and even this happens to be a remake of ‘Dabangg’, the Bollywood hit. This approach of Pawan as a re-maker actor is causing a bit of surprise. Perhaps the release of the films will give a clear idea.

Charmy's Bollywood Sketch With Top Director

It has been a while since Charmy is seen on the silver screen and though she has ‘Mangala’ in the making, nothing much is happening. However, inside talk is that she has now set her eyes on Bollywood and may have found the right ticket to get there.

It is heard that lately, Charmy has begun to build strong rapport with Ram Gopal Varma. Apparently, her agenda is to land in Bollywood, as per sources, through RGV. If Ramu decides, it may not be much of a challenge for him. For now, Charmy is doing the main lead in his unique venture ‘Dongala Mutha’.

As it is, Charmy is a Punjabi so Hindi should not be a problem. On the other hand, her saucy item songs and performance in ‘Mantra’ is a good credential. But will her sketch with Ramu work? Can she survive in the big bad Bollywood if she gets a chance? All these are questions to be answered.

S P Balasubrahmaniam honoured

Legendary singer S P Balasubrahmaniam was felicitated on being conferred the Padma Bhushan at a ceremony held in Chennai on Tuesday. Several accomplished singers, musicians and artists from the Tamil and Telugu film industries, who showered praises on SPB.

Glowing tributes were paid by TM Soundar Rajan, P B Srinivoss, P Suseela, and M S Viswanathan. But the best was by Kamal Haasan, who said, "SPB crossed the 30,000 song mark long back and has won several titles. He may have won several titles, but I too have given him a title and that is 'my brother'. I call him my brother when we are alone and when I call him that, I realise the significance of that word and its meaning."

Vimala Raman, who is busy with Raaj and Chattam, has a strong liking for the western wear. She would never miss the opportunity to attend auspicious functions in traditional Indian attire, silk saris. Revealing the secret of her slim figure, the actress confesses that she dances for over an hour in the morning. Surprisingly, she maintains that going to the gym is a taboo to her. "I don`t even practice yoga. But, whenever I feel low, I do Bharatanatyam and it gradually calms me."

Vimala Raman feels that glamour is not a bad idea if portrayed in the right way.

"If wearing a bikini can draw crowds, then every director would have resorted to that shortcut to attain success. But, why is it not happening?", asks the actress.

Young Heroes Running For This Sexy Beauty

A new sensation has hit the Telugu cine circuit and right now this sensation has captured the attention of the young heroes. Well, she is a new beauty on the block and unlike the regular newbies, she has talent, looks, sex appeal, oomph and above all, the performance quotient.

She is none other than Nitya Menon and this pretty girl from Malayalam made her debut in the film ‘Ala Modalaindi’. Despite having an experienced and fairly talented Nani as her hero, Nitya managed to make her presence felt. She has not only dubbed for her voice but also sang songs in the film.

Now, it is heard that the young heroes are enquiring about Nitya and are keen on having her as their heroine. The cine pundits say that if Nitya manages to score a hit or two, she would shoot to the top league. Whether she wants to continue in Telugu or not is the question…

'Ala Modalaindi' Tamil rights sold off

Ala Modalaindi is set a sort of record. The film’s Tamil rights were sold off for more than Half a Crore Rupees. Produced by Damodara Prasad, the film (made with a shoestring budget) is turning out to be good hit and raking in huge profits for its investors. 

Youth and family audiences have connected with the simple story of current day girl and boy who fail to express their love each other. The film starred Nani and Nitya Menon as the lead pair and is directed by debutant Nandini Reddy.

A leading Tamil producer is said to have bought the rights of the movie. 

Amrita walks out!

Amrita Rao, the petite Bollywood actress who acted opposite Mahesh Babu in Athidhi, initially agreed to be the heroine for handsome hero Siddharth in his new film. When producer Dil Raju and debutant director Venu Sriram narrated the story, she readily okayed. But now she says she won’t do the movie.

The reason is simple: Dil Raju told her that he won’t be providing 5 Star hotel accommodation and other luxuries in the wake of recent ‘cost-cutting’ measures taken by the Telugu film producers. When Dil Raju narrated all the measures to her, she simply said she wouldn’t work without such facilities as she is not desperate to work in a Telugu film.

So, Dil Raju is now looking for another replacement.

'Bobbili Raja' to be remade with Rana?

Remake bug seems to be hit with Telugu film industry too. Buzz is that producer D Suresh Babu is planning to remake his blockbuster Bobbili Raja starring his brother Venkatesh and Divya Bharati. Suresh Babu is having discussions with his team members about the possibility of remaking the musical hit that was released two decades ago.


Bobbili Raja was credited as the first Telugu film to have real CG work. Directed by B Gopal this masala entertainer was one of the biggest hits in Venky’s career and it helped the star reach to the larger audiences. So, he believes that by remaking the movie with Rana as hero, it would strengthen his son’s career.

Nagarjuna's 'Thulabharam' creates flutter

Nagarjuna visited the famous Sri Krishna temple in Guruvayur last Sunday. He also did a `thulabharam` with 77 kgs of `kadhalippazham` (bananas) after offering prayers in the sanctum. The crowd then recognized him and he was soon surrounded by fans. Nag was in Thrissur to attend a wedding.

Nagarjuna felt happy knowing that he has huge fan following in Kerala too. 

'Re-Open Case Against Balaiah'

Re-opening old wounds appears to be the flavor of the season. After Telugu Desam Party and a section of Congress leaders demanded re-opening of Paritala Ravi murder case to probe the alleged role of Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, the rebel camp has come up with a counter.

Hitting back at the detractors, the spokesman of Jagan camp, Ambati Rambabu, has demanded re-opening of cases involving a shooting incident at film actor N Balakrishna’s residence and the mysterious death of a realtor at the residence of senior Congress leader K Kesava Rao’s son K Venkat.

“It is very clear that there is a match fixing between Congress and TDP to defame YSR family. When CBI had given clean chit to Jagan and closed the case, they are now demanding fresh probe only to malign the image of our leader,” Rambabu said.

If at all there are any cases that need fresh investigation, they are the shooting incident at Balakrishna’s house and the murder of real estate businessman Prashanth Reddy. “Let them re-open these two cases and ferret out facts,” Rambabu said.

Noted film producer Bellamkonda Suresh and his assistant Satyanarayana Choudhary were injured in a shoot-out at Balakrishna’s house on June 3, 2004. Subsequently, the case was closed after the injured persons turned hostile and retracted their earlier statement. This helped Balakrishna to bail out of the embarrassing case.

Similarly, Venkat came out of the murder case unscathed. Realtor Prashanth Reddy was allegedly shot dead at Venkat’s residence in September 2007 after heated argument over a property dispute.

Heroine's 'Butt Politics' In Bollywood?

She is known as the sensuous beauty and more than her homely face, she is known for her curvaceous base. Now, she is using her asset as the USP to bag few offers. We are talking about Kamalini Mukherjee and it is heard that she is adopting the ‘butt’ formula and that too in Bollywood.

Incidentally, Kamalini was seen with her naked butt in Malayalam movie ‘Kutty Shranku’ and she caused hungama in Andhra also through media as that clip became popular on net. The noise in media was the start and sources say Kamalini is now trying to get mileage in Bollywood using the ‘Butt’ sequence for publicity.

Heroine's Disease Goes Serious

Sameera Reddy has got a strange disorder called ‘somnambulism’, which in colloquial form we say as ‘sleep walking’.

She has got that habit of walking while sleeping. Hence Niki, the mother of Sameera has ordered to build a grill at the balcony of their new house in Bandra fearing that her daughter may jump out while ‘sleep walking’. But Sameera argued with her mother saying that it will ruin the aesthetics of the building.

Now both mom and daughter are fighting on this and only her dad should solve the problem.

'Bracketing' On High Range In Tollywood??

Don’t be under the panic that already the Tollywood circuit is getting affected with drugs, sex scandals, mafia and now this ‘Bracketing’. The point is, lately our Tollywood stars have begun to attach their pet names in brackets and this has become a common practice. Producer Nallamalapu Srinivas attaches Bujji in the bracket. It seems his folks at home call him affectionately and his desire is that the world should also address him the same way.

Similarly, having scored good marks with his debut film ‘Gamyam’ and stuttering a bit with his ‘Vedam’, director Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna has attached Krish in the bracket. Having made his debut with ‘Yuvatha’ and scoring a flop with ‘Anjaneyulu’ starring Ravi Teja, director Parasuram is doing his third film with Nara Rohit. He has the habit of attaching ‘Bujji’ in the bracket as his pet name. It is heard that he gets very upset if the pet name is not mentioned at times.

Then comes another director Lakshminarayana who made the film ‘Andagaadu’ with Sunil and is currently busy with ‘Manchivadu’ starring Tanish. It is heard that he has the habit of putting the name ‘Deepthi’ in the bracket.

This way, the ‘Bracketing’ culture has begun to grow strongly in the Tollywood circuit.

Six-Pack Advice For Bald Head Hero

Though it was never revealed, the cine folks say it is obvious. Well, they are talking about the baldness of hero Sumanth. Well, even Bollywood heroes like Akshay Khanna are bald but they look hot and sexier for many women. Baldness is not something to be worried about. But here in Tollywood people take it serious and love to hide the baldness.

Coming back to Sumanth, not much is happening for him in films so that topic is becoming waste for discussion. However, all of them are now coming up with a new advice to him.

They suggest that Sumanth must focus on developing his body and come up with a six pack which will charge up the masses. Though he is more suited for class roles, Sumanth is reportedly keen on proving his mettle as a mass hero. If that is true then he should listen to his well-wishers.

Few cine folks who heard this proposal say it is a good thought and seeing Sumanth in a muscular way will be a variety change. For now, Sumanth is eagerly awaiting the release of his commercial mass movie ‘Raaj’ and is hoping to make up for all the bumps in his career.

Brahmanandam's 'Sadism' On His Son?

Onscreen, Brahmanandam may come across as the most entertaining person but offscreen, he sure has a different person. It is heard that Brahmi is known for giving tough time to his producers but this time, he has reportedly shown a similar approach with his son Gautam.

Sources reveal that Brahmi is not interested in Gautam joining the film industry. But due to force, he signaled for ‘Pallakilo Pellikoothuru’ long back. As the film flopped there had been no second film for him till ‘Vareva’ that was released last week. If Brahmanandam determines, nothing could have stopped Goutham from getting film opportunities as he has bearable looks anyway.

As such, grapevine is strong that there is a lot of money the star comedian has. Some say it is touching about Rs 600 crores. Anyways, it is heard that Brahmi has urged with Gautham not to get into acting rut but his son was reportedly adamant.

So, Brahmi used his brains and maintained that the pre release publicity went good for ‘Vareva’. But just at the time of release, he ensured the film flunked so that Gautam packs his bags. He didn’t bother about promotion of the movie at all.

On the other hand, neither Gautham’s acting skills nor the content in the film were appreciated by anyone.  But Goutham is reportedly saying to his friends that his father has shown sadism on him!!!

Vimala Raman To Marry Big Family Hero?

It is a common formula to see actresses who are struggling to make a career ending up getting married to a rich person in the film industry. That seems to be the case with Vimala Raman and a strong grapevine is making rounds that this luscious seductress might well be getting the knot tied in a year or so.

More than Vimala, the focus is on the man who will tie the knot. It is heard that he hails from a big family and has been trying hard to make his mark as a hero. He was already married to a heroine and got divorced few years back. Later on, he was linked up with a sensuous looking heroine.

Now, it is heard that he is getting close to Vimala and both of them have paired up in a film as well. Those who know him say he is keen on settling. Those who heard this grapevine say this is a better option for Vimala as well and advise that having a settled personal life is better than an unsettled professional life. Let us see what happens.

High Court Says ‘No’ To ‘Sexaananda’ Movie

It is known that young director Sagar Chandra is making the film ‘Ayyare’ where Rajendra Prasad is playing a role in a get up similar to that of Nityananda, the Swamy who became popular as ‘sex swamy’ by getting exposed with actress Ranjitha in objectionable videos.

A few days back an advocate had filed a case on behalf of Nityananda to stall the making of movie ‘Ayyare’ although director Sagar Chandra said that there is nothing personal about Nutyananda in the movie or it has got nothing to do with the popular scandal. Sagar Chandra also said that the get up given to Rajendra Prasad is quite universal and its resemblance to Nityananda is mere coincidence.

Despite, High Court has issued notices to director Sagar Chandra and producer Sudhakar of the movie to stop making it. We have to see how things move now.
