Top Hero Blows His Top On Varun Sandesh!

It is an open secret that film industry in general, and Telugu film industry in particular, is being dominated by a few families.

Generation after generation, actors, actresses, producers and directors, emerge only from these families. And if any young talented face surfaces from out of these families, they make all attempts to run that artiste down.

Of late, Varun Sandesh is one such talented hero who has emerged on the silver screen without the support of any godfather. He has done a few films that brought him some craze among the youth. Naturally, it has turned out to be an eye sore to the big families ruling the industry. There were attempts to ruin his career by linking his name to the drug peddlers, but he somehow managed to escape.

A top ranking hero, whose son is desperately trying to make it big in Tollywood of late, could not hide his envy at the popularity of Varun Sandesh.

The other day, this senior actor noticed the promotional pictures of Varun Sandesh's film Priyudu as he was getting down from his car at Prasad's Labs at Banjara Hills. Immediately, his facial expressions changed and he blew his top. "These days, every son of a ..... is trying to become a hero!" he said, while commenting on Varun Sandesh picture.

Everybody, including his friends who accompanied him to the labs, was taken aback with the senior actor's unwarranted comments. A wag later remarked that the senior hero would not have made that comment had Varun Sandesh belonged to his caste or another big family ruling the industry!
