There was a time when Aamani was considered the best bet for homely roles and performance driven characters. However, her life took a turn when she went for an inter-religion marriage and since then she has been off the radar. But now, it is heard that the sensuous lady is trying hard for a comeback.
 
Soon, Aamani will be seen in the film ‘Devasthanam’ and reports say she has been sending strong feelers that she is keen to do roles of her age like aunt or elder sister to hero, heroine etc. While ‘Devasthanam’ has given her the much needed comeback, Aamani is reportedly keen not to go back.
 
While some say her marriage to a Muslim has resulted in the cine folks keeping her away, there are those who say it has nothing do with her marriage and quoted that all those actresses who got married are usually sidelined at one point. Let us see how it works for Aamani though.
