Reports say ‘Kanchana’ is racing ahead in the list with thumping openings. Ironically, the film suffered from bad making but is getting good collections. On the other hand, Vikram’s Naana’ is reportedly evoking a mild response despite very positive reviews and acclaim. So here, the case is more of a good making but bad collections.

The cine analysts say “Yes, this is a typical situation. But then, ‘Kanchana’ was always meant for the hardcore masses and ‘Naana’ was more for the classes and family audience. Our estimation is ‘Naana’ will be a slow starter but will have long run.” Let us see how true that will be.
