Ex Villain's Wife Gets Huge Demand

It is rather uncommon that wives of heroes or any successful actors tend to be in the cine field and make their mark. But here is one lady who is not only the wife of a villain but she has carved a niche of her own in southern cinema. She is none other than Rohini, wife of the iconic villain Raghuvaran.

After having made her presence felt as a heroine and in other character driven roles, lately Rohini has got into professional dubbing. She has dubbed the voice for ‘Geetanjali’ heroine Girija and was also seen in the recent hit ‘Ala Modalaindi’ as the hero’s mother.

That way, Rohini has been in demand both as a dubbing artist and also for mother roles. Many in the cine circuit say soon she might be replacing the likes of Jayasudha and Suhasini Mani Ratnam. Many fans of late Raghuvaran are able to make up for his absence by seeing his talented wife onscreen.
